The Journey … Birth … Life … Death …?

Life is journey we all take, but do we really know where we started from, where were going and how to get there?!

We walk in darkness but the light of the Guru can show us the true path.

Through their actions and writings the Guru’s taught us how to live but also how to die as shown by our rich history of saint soldiers.

This year at Sikhi Camp 2006 we join together to celebrate the 400th Anniversary of Guru Arjan Dev Ji's martyrdom to uphold the ideals of truth, freedom and justice, as well as a number of other historical milestones.

If you have a little voice in your head which questions the world we live in, the things we do and the lives we live then Sikhi Camp is for you! (We would also advise that you seek medical help as that little voice is not normal!)

It is also for everybody else aged 16 and above who would like to enjoy an action packed residential week in an environment which you will never have experienced before! You will get the chance to meet Sikhs of you age from all corners of the world, and learn the basics about Sikhi in a friendly, chilled, non-judgemental/non-preachy environment. It doesn't matter how religious you are. It's all about how keen you are to learn! EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!

Sikhi Camp features excellent talks, small group discussions, kirtan darbars with english katha (explanations) of Gurbani, action packed outdoor activities all set out in the beautiful countryside...it really cannot be missed!! (If nothing else it’s a week away from your parents!) If that isn’t enough then we welcome you to our 10 th Birthday!!! Yup, this is the 10th Sikhi Camp which, through the years has helped thousands of young Sikhs discover that little something special about themselves and their faith!
