i aint a sarbloh bebeki so i dunno. but i would guess its ok to take pain killers and stuff as medicine.

Umm..don't make an issue out of SARBLOH BIBEK..if you are Sarbloh Bibeki then you already know what to do. if you are not then i don' think you should be bothered about this.

from my readings on tapoban website, i believ ethat the singhs purchase milk from stores, then boil it so that the boiling takes away the impurities..then they store it and drink it..

and that's only if they ca'nt arrange with local milk farmers to get direct from the cow milk..

i'm not sure on the medicine front..

correct me if i'm wrong

i have also been told that kacha dudh is not good for you. in india people always boil their milk before consuming it. especially here where they put in so many preservatives in the milk we should all boil it before consuming :TH:

They boil the milk to kill micro-organisms in the milk. All milk in the west is pasteurized, which means that the microbes are prekilled. Any chemical preservatives, etc, that are added are not affected by boiling.
