Go to My Controls Section under the top banner, and then you choose Edit your avatars for the display pix.. (either upload the pix from your computer or choose the pre-installed the avatars)

You can choose "Track to this topic ".. it's mentioned all the under every thread topic.. it will send you the alert to your email inbox
