By only One Universe Guru is literal and correct, nothing contradicts in Gurbani, this is not koran or something, no contraditions at all!

One Universe if correctly translated into english would mean "One Vase Expanse of Existence" This is One Universe.

Otherwise Guru else where make sit clear their are infinite Universe upon Universes , in Infinite Realms upon Realms!

Sachkhand is a state of mind and also a physical plane. And I am sorry, if you really read that in Gurbani about us being similar physically in many universe then could you somehow try to find it. Because I have not heard anything life that. Again, my knowledge in too small.
A Gursikh who has so much blessing from Guru Sahib can enjoy both states of Sachkhand while living on this earth! Read Undithi Duniya by Bhai Sahib Bhai Randhir Singh. Also, I have heard from other Gursikhs that, there are paataala paataal lakh aagasaa aagaas, but all of it is surrounded by Sachkhand, a physical plane. And just like, sun shines so far away from us, but it's rays reach here on earth, Sachkhand is surrounded by the whole creation but it\s "rays" reach everywhere ( so God is everywhere, in everything ). Gursikhs on very high avastha who have become One with God living in this life can also go to this physical Sachkhand plane sukhsham ( means it's soul can go, leaving physical body here)

But there is One Sachkhand.
