i think it would be a good idea to creat our own version of the age of empires and call it the Age of Singhs after the age of kings.

we should do all the battles that took place during the times of the gurus and after

should have all the gurus including the satguru granth sahib ji

should have people like banda singh bahadur, baba deep singh ji, bhai mani singh ji, baba binod singh ji

buddha dal

the anglo sikh wars

i think it would be fantastic and the wonders could be making that takhats.

gaining knowledge creeating the udhasis, nirmalas and seva panthis

i think it would be such a cool game

can anyone try to make such a game or would we have to put a petition in to show demand.

That is one wicked idea veer ji, but a project that size requires many people with varied skills.

You need 3d Graphics artists

Programmers etc

The game has to made such that it's not a copy of age of empires......otherwise no other than a few sikhs will buy it.

It can be similar to AOE but shud be such that it becomes a hit across the world

Also recent Sikh struggles shud be added.....apart from above mentioned sikh heroes.....sant jee shud figure.......one can have an aim of liberation of the Sikh Nation

i think Sikhs in IT field shud come togther in this respect

Also similar small scale can be developed for mobile phones on java platform and it could be made freely downloadable

The games shud be totally free and the developers should ask for voluntary donations for the same Sikh cause

Thats not what i meant. For any project to work the development team need to know each other a bit so for starters why not create something small. A small game or an interactive puzzle?

Once everyone is comfertable and has discussed their ideas. We can make it as big as it gets.

i always thought it would be crazy if some1 made an addon to age of emires II and put in the sikh race , cuz they got almost all the old 1's in it

why make a whole game from scrap? There's probably some way that someone could just alter the skins and details.

I had this idea in my mind a while....Knowing how many of us play CS...yes including me.....ur allowed to skin weapons and players. Someone shuld take it and make a full sikh in a bana with a dhumalla , nihang looking. THen skin the knife in to the 3 ft Kirpan. That would be dope.. :nihungsmile: .
