Hmm, What if u are standing on the ground and then u sit down. So in a way u travelled 0 metere/cm/mm

Not necessarily, because if you take the top of the height of where ur standing, and then u sit down, u take the top of the height u take sitting down, and subtract it from the first height, and u get the distance traveled, vertically of course.
