Not necessarily, because if you take the top of the height of where ur standing, and then u sit down, u take the top of the height u take sitting down, and subtract it from the first height, and u get the distance traveled, vertically of course. ;)

:T: I disagree cos how can u travell any distance when u were already touching the ground. If you were to jump up then you would be travelling vertically :(

But then u can never have a 0 score bcoz it always falls thru same height and we do get  a zero :T:

Hmm, What if u are standing on the ground and then u sit down. So in a way u travelled 0 metere/cm/mm ;)

Amardeep veerji......if we sit down our center of gravity does shift down and there's a net displacement
