Also, its sad how little praise there is of the smagam just because of the tunes. We don't go to reansbhaees for the tunes but for the sangat and kirtan (God's praises).

i thought the Samagam was amazing. I guess it depends on how you look at it, what i saw was awesome kirtanees singing their heart out to God. Wahegurooooooo.

Yes as people have commented above about the style of simran of bhai amolk singh ji, i think we should not comment like that about him as he is a gursikh.

Yes the filmy tunes were obvious and anyone who wants to know any of the song tunes which played should ask me. But it is NOT WRONG TO COPY FILMY TUNES AS IT JAZZED UP THE SAGAM.

YES PEOPLE THERE WERE FILMY TUNES FROM FILMS BY MOST KIRTANI AND MOST OF THEM TUNES WERE FROM SAD LOVE SONGS AND FILMS. IT IS VERY EASY TO PICK UP ON THESE TUNES
