sangat jeee please please help me!

i have started tying a dastar :nihungsmile: but oh my god!!! wen i dont wear it, my hair killllllsssssssssssss

my head actually feels as if its bruised .. is this normal?? loll..... is it because my kes sint used to having a joora?? orr... perhaps its too tight?

plzz leave some comments and soloutions!

First of all congrats on tieing dastaar!

your kesh ar enot used to being in the upwards direction, as im guessing they where probably let down loose before? thats why youre roots hurt.

its normal so dont worry about it

Just a few tips:

- Dont tie your lar over the side of your forehead (temple) tightly, you will get a headache and a numb head

- because you have only just been tieing your dastaar it might hurt from your neck as your not used to it, but this wont take long to change because you will get used to it

oh and use MALMAL as your dastaar kupra!!!!!!!!!!!!! its soft and easy to tie!!

If you didn't use to tie your hair in a Jurra, this is definately the reason. For example if you leave your hair in one position for a long time (eg Kesh behind you) then change it (move it infront of you) The roots of the hair can become very painful - I can sympathise as I remember when I was younger I had this problem. The solution is just to bear it out, make sure you always tie your Jurra ontop of your head and keep it in one position, the soreness will go away. After you have had your morning Ishnaan, you can leave it loose behind you for an hour or two to dry, then tie it up.

And obviously always tie a loose Jurra - do not pull your hair tight or you will slowly go bald

theres no such thing as F74 nomore

the company hu made it was frm outside india hu discontinued the fabric but some clever clog decided to make more and call it f74 which was a near enuff similar fabric but they wernt allwoed 2 name it f74 so named it something else.

so any f74 u go try buy frmo now aint the real stuff lol
