It sounds like to me that Mehtab Singh is being down on himself. He is verbally beating himself up. What he must realise is that self-hating is not the same as humility, and looking back and having a go at yourself does not redeem yourself. Look to the future and think if you will be down on yourself in the future as well or will you change. Happy New Year.
