I feel there is a lack of TV programming on Sikhism, as the third largest religion in the UK

I think there should be more programming.

I think we should lobby the BBC , ITV etc.

How do you know it is the 3rd largest religion in the UK?

In Canada we have nice problem on sikhism "Beyond Belief". I did post here once but nobody really pay attention to it.

I think it's just in our blood if we see something nice we just ignore it and if we see something against sikhi we talk about it year round.

I didn't even know what a Sikh was till I joined this site last night, so I have to agree.

the issue is about sikhism media coverage on the mainstream media such as ABC, FOX, CBS or CNBC......... thas probably why most other diverse groups in US are misunderstanding sikh identity with muslim.....

You are right. Our people should team up to do Sikhi parchar on these channels.

Harinaam Singh Khalsa does prachaar on vision tv in English. The show is called Insights into Sikhism, but it's in Canada (and India), don't know about other countries.
