Sikhism is a religion, because we believe in one Waheguru, the guru's who showed his glory to us, and the sword by which we protect all who require assistance

It is a way of life... amrit vela nitnem, spend the day working honestly and hard, and meditate on naam.

I think that sikhism is a way of life.

Guru ji tells you how to live your life and stuff.

but we just classify it as a religion because thats how we explain it to everyone (ie. gorrai)

i would say both .... religion because of beliefs of akal purak and harworking honesty etc .... honesty and hardwork can be considered a way of life. out guru ji's have made sikhi both purposes. any one want to discuss this with me at a higher level... ur welcome to do so.
