this is a classic question.................

i say yes cuz the egg would have turned into a chicken if it had not been eaten before it got to that point.

on a side note, meat has cholesterol and so do eggs (the yellow part). Eggs and meat have the highest quality of protein, vegetarians have to combine other foods to get same amount of protein.

This is an interesting question, especially considering that all manufactured eggs these days are unfertilized and cannot produce offspring... meaning that it is just an animal biproduct, sorta like milk.

i put i consider eggs to be meat..

but i dont really thinks its meat.. since it is considered a dairy product.. but i put that because i still think we shouldnt eat eggs.. because, as satpreet bha ji said, it could have been living if they hadnt separated it and breeded it for eating.
