sant ney guru dey lar hi ta launa, tu kyo middle man labhda peya?

A true saint will ask you to attach yourself to Guru Sahib's feet, so then why are you looking for a middle man when in the end they will tell you to attach yourself to the One anyway?

Ji, do sangat. Do selfless seva. Maharaj Ji will direct you to a saint. Have faith. Spend time with the Sadh Sangat as much as possible.

Also, interact with the Sadh Sangat in your Gurudwara Sahib. You'll be amazed to know...most of them have met complete saints. And will direct you to them as well.

Many saints go un-noticed. Mehta Kalu couldn't recognise his son Guru Nanak Dev Jee.

The saint of saints is Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaaj. Baba Nand Singh Ji used to the say the Sant is only he who joins you with Guru Granth Sahib not the one who makes you matha tek him instead of the Guru.

Go to the source first if still you are not statisfied then there are a million fake Guru's out there.

Veerji,

I have searched for many years like you for a God Realized saint,

I have meet many Buddhist monks, Hindu sadhus and Sikh Saints and I do know

of one great Sikh Holy Man who is now alive and who has spent his whole life in meditation

and who is constantly absorbed in the light of Sat Purush.

he does not belong to any jatha or dera and is very much gupt though many thousands of people have recognized his light and have taken his blessings.

Feel free to PM me on this site

and I will help you in any way I can if you wish to meet this Saint

Veerji,

you have said you don't have the buddhi to detect a true saint,

that is simply not true, one who has such a strong desire to meet God as you do will never be fooled,

if you go into the presence of a true Saint with great humility in your mind and do silent nam jaap in your heart, a true Brahmgiani will notice you and reveal himself to you, just have faith and make the effort.
