^ Yep.

It was banned in India (according to sikhcoalition.org and other websites).

You may have to get someone to send it to you from abroad.

I think you can read some of it on questia.com, but you usually have to pay for membership before you can read the whole thing. See here:

I also liked a different book which gives an insight an insight into how the Panthic commitee was formed in 1986 at Sri Akal Takhat Sahib and formed the basis of the Kharkoo movement in Punjab, along with who some of the key players were.

The book shows actually shows how organised the kharkoo Singhs were in those days and how for a short time, in parts of Punjab, it seemed like 'Kharkoo Singhan da raj.'

I don't believe it is available in Punjabi, but you can purchase on Amazon.com and they ship worldwide...

No, what i meant is that most books are copyrighted, so large sections of it cannot be copied. is it possible to buy the rights to produce this book? then it could be distributed for free at any gurudwara. it could also be translated at leisure in order to send copies to the punjab, which would also be free to those who wanted to read it. its a shame that no sikh was able to write such a book, but i have to say the book is well written and we sikhs are indebted to the author.
