GuruFatehJi.

As if we haven't seen enough of those Bollywood movies taking the mickey out of the Sikhs, here's another in the making.

http://www.b4utv.com/movies/newsbreak/04/0...0503mithun.html

The title of the film suggests what it will probably be up to. We can either wait for the movie to be made and screened and add it to our list of disgust or wish on a miracle that Bollywood will not be up to it usual antics to cash in on at the expense of the Sikhs.

Any guesses? :umm:

With Elaan on the verge of completion, Mithun Chakraborty has signed Rajesh Bhatt's Tusi Great Ho Paazi that will feature him playing the role of a Sikh who has just two desires that he desperately wants to fulfill. One, to become the richest businessman in London, two, to marry a phirang lady! "The film features a British actress in a stellar role," Rajesh revealed. Pakistani actor Omar Shariff plays an important role in the film. This is the first time that Mithun will play the role of a Sikh in a film.
Mithun is a Bengali, and so his pronounciation and accent in Punjabi will be made to sound funny and degrading on purpose.

Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa!

Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!!

Mithun is a big flop himself. He holds the record of having most number of flops in indian cinema. But how much they can ignore the feelings of sikhs while trying to cash in on anything they get is personified by this movie.

Its best to avoid hindi bollywood crap for they dont have much substance and they show sikhs in bad image.why sponsor such stupidity by paying them?

a sikh, where?? is he gona have a Kirpan on?? Is he gona wear a dastaar in the movie? Is he gona be shown doing 5 banis in the morning? Is he gona have a beard/kesh? Y'all consider these signs for a sikh no? First get answers to the question above, then start to accuse bollywood.

Firstly their Descripton of the Character is wrong, he should be a Punjabi not a Sikh. Secondly if he is portrayed as wearing a Pug and a kurta pajama then it does not necesariy become a Sikh.

Pheena Ji, as you can see, they call him a Sikh and what kind of qualities (character) he has, in bold, which is totally opposite of a Sikh character. There should not be any question of him being a punjabi, sardar, or just in kurta pajama, or just a jatt of punjab, like sunny deol as tara singh because their claim is "This is the first time that Mithun will play the role of a Sikh in a film."
