I'am sick of hearing people calling these lot like Brar 'Sikhs' ok we all know that death will get them one day and we pray they be finished off by Singhs,BUT why hasn't Sri Akal Takht excommunicated them their crimes are obvious.Excommunication would make a big difference in the sense that the media will pick up on it 'Sikh Supreme Authority has Excommunicated so n so'

What are you views? Should we contact Sri Akal Takht ? If so how?

Oh please contact Akal Takht, we have sgpc and badal running it. Darshan paapi cudnt pay order to Akal Takhts hukham and Akal Takht has now apealed the date for him by themselves. Akal Takht has been asked to summan badal and friends but tht did not happen. You think kps gill the famous lover of his mom will ever listen to hukham of Akal Takht tht is like sayin general brar will come visit the Golden Temple

No hate to you, but paaji these people will not listen to Akal Takht, and will do basti and ruin the Akal Takht hukham and make people think that the Hukham Of Akal Takht is aimi, it is careless, worthless.... people believe very fast of Deres like Radhaswami they wull start believing that to paaji

I don't believe they should appear or take the hukam even, is just people keep refering to them as 'Sikhs' when they clearly are not I would have thought 25 years on Sikhs would of had some sort of hukam or sandesh to say 'yes these are not Sikhs we do not recognise them as Sikhs' - you mentioned Badal yes now thats another issue , the liberation of Sri Akal Takht sometimes I think Sri Akal Takht Sahib has in the modern day become a toothless tiger due to the Badals

The simple answer to the question asked in this topic is " kyon ki asi gulaam haan..." as Sant Bhindranwale had said.

Jadon tak her Sikh eh kabool nahi kardaa k asi gulaam haan, gulaami galon leyni nahi .

Just 2 days back a Sikh mother and her "2 year old" son were sent back to New Zealand from where they came because their names figured in the "black list" prepared by GOI.

As to how the 2 year old's name got into the "black list" only god knows.

The most shameful aspect of this is that no so called Sikh leader has reacted to this report so far .Why ? because we are slaves and have already developed a slave mentality and the attitude of "chaltaa hai" and "atleast this hasn't happened to me" .

A similar thing happened during Asian games of 1982 in India.Sikhs used to be sent back from Delhi airport but this was objected to by Sant Bhindranwale and at that time a large number of Sikhs realised that they were indeed gulaam so they faught against that gulaami.

When you are a slave you have to submit to what their masters do as slaves have no rights.

Fateh parwaan karro jiyo,

Lack of unity in the Panth. Imagine Chandhok who was the President of Delhi Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee gave a Siropa to Tytler! Not that Badal and gang are any less. All misuse religion to further their political goals.

The creation of a SGPC is Haryana will just compound the fractionism.

And if you ask me by their actions they excommunicated themselves.

Guru Rakha

    • I agree we're not born with sin like the Christians think. Also I agree we have effects of karma. But Gurbani does state that the body contains both sin and charity (goodness): ਕਾਇਆ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਪਾਪੁ ਪੁੰਨੁ ਦੁਇ ਭਾਈ ॥ Within the body are the two brothers sin and virtue. p126 Actually, we do need to be saved. Gurbani calls this "udhaar" (uplift). Without Satguru, souls are liable to spiritual death: ਜਿਨਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨ ਭੇਟਿਓ ਸੇ ਭਾਗਹੀਣ ਵਸਿ ਕਾਲ ॥ p40 Those who have not met Satguru Purakh are unfortunate and liable to death. So, yeah, we do need to be saved, and Guru ji does the saving. The reason Satguru is the one to save is because God has given Satguru the "key" (kunji): ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਹਥਿ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਹੋਰਤੁ ਦਰੁ ਖੁਲੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਮਿਲਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੭॥ In the True Guru's hand is the key. None else can open the door. By perfect good fortune the Guru is met. p124
    • That's unfortunate to hear. Could you give any more information? Who was this "baba"? He just disappeared with people's money? Obviously, you should donate your money to known institutions or poor people that you can verify the need of through friends and family in Punjab.
    • Sangat ji,  I know a family who went Sevewal to do seva sometimes end of 2019. They returned last year in great dismay and heart broken.  To repent for their mistakes they approached panj pyaare. The Panj gave them their punishment / order to how t make it up which, with Kirpa, they fulfilled.  They were listening to a fake Baba who, in the end, took all the "Donations " and fled sometime over a year ago. For nearly 4 years this family (who are great Gursikhs once u get to know them) wasted time and effort for this fake Baba. NOT ONLY this one fam. But many, many did worldwide and they took their fam to do seva, in village Sevewal, city Jaitho in Punjab. In the end many families lost money in thousands being behind this Baba. The family, on return, had to get in touch with all the participants and told them to stop.  I am stating this here to create awareness and we need to learn from whom we follow and believe. It's no easy but if we follow the 3 S (Sangat, Simran and Seva) we will be shown the light. As I am writing this the family in question have been doing the same since 2008 onwards and they fell for this Baba... it is unbelievable and shocking.  This am writing in a nutshell as am at work on my break so not lengthy but it deserves a great length.  Especially the family in question, who shed light on youngsters about Sikhi 20 plus years!!
    • Giani Kulwant Singh Jawaddi Kalan uses simple Punjabi.
    • Leaving aside Guru ji, the general question of taking afeem (opium) in limited quantities for war/medical wounds is simply unproblematic. When you go to the hospital, they give you morphine. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it.
