People I spoke with said they were Pathan Siksh and they did speak pushto.

They more than likely converted hundreds of years ago.

Why are Indians and Pakistanis not allowed to marry? Maybe they could marry abroad, thus helping our Pakistani Sihk brothers and sisters.
