I would like to introduce Bee (aka googleme) to SikhSangat. Bee was my former karate instructor of 4 years and originates from South Africa. She developed a keen interest in Sikh Martial Arts, and I had taken her to some Gatka Training in London. She has learnt a bit about Sikh History and asked where she can learn more. I (stupidly?) invited her to join Sikh Sangat and advised her to stick mainly to the gurbani vichar section.

Why thank you for your LATE introduction!

I enjoyed learning about the history of the Sikhs very much and the guru's kitchen was a lovely experience.

I am realizing why 'paneer monster' had made such a transformation, from being a short haired smart alex to a more humble peaceful person. But the sarcasm still remains!!

I look forward to meeting many more...
