Sukha And Jinda Letter

Recommended Posts

A communist will always try to win a member of the Khalsa over by kind words and explanations of how communism and Sikhism have a lot in common they will then push the fact common Sikh heroes were communists and supported communist ideology slowly but surely as you agree they will draw you into their circle who will show you comradeship and be there at every problematic time for support - in fact cults and muslims use the exact same tactics

ALL NAUJAWAN BEWARE OF COMMUNISTS IF YOU DO NOT SEE THEIR TRICKS READ THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO AND YOU WILL SEE HOW THEY WORM THEIR WAY INTO SIKH GROUPS AND BRAINWASH PEOPLE A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS GROUP IS THE INDIAN WORKERS ASSOCIATION AND COMMUNISTS ALSO HAVE MANY CENTRES IN THE NAME OF FAMOUS MARTYRS LIKE UDHAM SINGH CENTRE THEY USE THESE FOR INFORMATION GATHERING

Again, the Order of the Khalsa and the Communist Party are separated by a moral abyss that is unbridgeable. The “immoralism” of Communism is its basic postulate, whereas the Order of the Khalsa attaches fundamental importance to the ethical character of the means than even to the ends themselves, and the Order of the Khalsa regards ethical values, howsoever dimly perceived in different societies and ages, as absolute and not relative and compromisable.

Brainwashing and Physical Regimentation

Lastly, the Order of the Khalsa was intended to be an elect body, a political and spiritual aristocracy on account of its regenerated character, and liable to persecution because of its pugnacious distinctiveness and refusal to compromise, pledged to reform and regenerate a deeply corrupted and unconverted world by example and precept, by persuasion and control, but never through coercion and regimentation of the mind and body, and this also places Communism and Sikhism poles apart.

Thus, Sikhism, and the Order of the Khalsa, which is pledged to propagate Sikhism and to ensure its prevalence, considers the worship of man and man’s collective achievements, whether this appears as Communism or nationalism, as the most serious challenge to the true Religion, the protection of which is the main objective and aim of the Khalsa.

Donmega in my view the only thing that seperates socialism and communism is politics of course the politics takes care of itself in a Khalsa run country if Sikhisms ideoligies are adhered to these being fareness and freedom.

I also think socialism is communism more or less dusguised to gain full scale acceptance by the West who have an ingrained mistrust of communism although they do have their major differences they are both against capitalism which has created the greatest wealth and innovation mankind has ever seen. In a way donmega you wouldnt be on this forum if capitalism wasnt allowed to flourish and people like Bill Gates who live in a capitalist country hadnt brought you internet explorer etc.

Both systems socialism and communism rely on social engineering and control and also fear of the state which I believe the tenants of Khalsa are strictly against

So the answer to your question is yes donmega I do understand the differences and would not accept either in a Khalsa run country

Surely we must agree that capitalism has been abused by the West. A cursory glance at annual bankers bonuses (one particular example) will tell you how a select few grow obscenely rich whilst the majority are taxed and subjugated to high hell.

I don't think Sikhi approves of any system where money is the foundation of society. Surely that would fall under the category of 'maya', i.e. worldly illusion? Correct me if I'm wrong, please.

A fairer form of capitalism is needed, but unfortunately when those in power taste the heady success that unrestrained financial prowess brings, who will honestly put into place practices that would curb capitalism?

You guys have very narrow thinking views upon money the people who made money have not stolen it and when these families make money they spend it and keep it in circulation which benefits all of society.

It is very poor thinking that the few have the wealth if you look at the biggest donors to society it is these rich families they also build libraries etc

The main hatred of the Sikhs by poorer hindus is they have more wealth than all others in northern india hence tragedies like 1984 there is an underlying feeling of hatred even when the tharkhans were kicked out of kenya it was a similar mentality of they have more money same in zimbabwe

Money is not evil nor the people that posses it, it is the people tghat desire it above all else and Sikhi helps us through that

money is just a form of exchange and the rich know how to exchange it better than others that would rather spend it on drugs alocohol entertainment then they wonder why they are poor

By claminig and hating the 1% have the wealth you doubt the power of God in gifting you whatever it is you need in life if you are poor there is a reason because as a gursikh God and gurbani give you he exact methods of beating these feeling of inferiority without blaming others

If you have too much is the same as having too less in Sikhi and of course too much and too less is entirely dependant on your satisfaction level if you arent happy with what you have know even if the worlds richest 1% gave you all of their wealth you would still want more

Sikhi is based on balance happiness and satisfaction not resentment of people who have achieved success

Stop buying into the conspiracy theories we are gursikhs so you ahould be thinking in chrdi kala and not the negativity you guys are sprouting on here

    • I agree we're not born with sin like the Christians think. Also I agree we have effects of karma. But Gurbani does state that the body contains both sin and charity (goodness): ਕਾਇਆ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਪਾਪੁ ਪੁੰਨੁ ਦੁਇ ਭਾਈ ॥ Within the body are the two brothers sin and virtue. p126 Actually, we do need to be saved. Gurbani calls this "udhaar" (uplift). Without Satguru, souls are liable to spiritual death: ਜਿਨਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨ ਭੇਟਿਓ ਸੇ ਭਾਗਹੀਣ ਵਸਿ ਕਾਲ ॥ p40 Those who have not met Satguru Purakh are unfortunate and liable to death. So, yeah, we do need to be saved, and Guru ji does the saving. The reason Satguru is the one to save is because God has given Satguru the "key" (kunji): ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਹਥਿ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਹੋਰਤੁ ਦਰੁ ਖੁਲੈ ਨਾਹੀ ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰੈ ਭਾਗਿ ਮਿਲਾਵਣਿਆ ॥੭॥ In the True Guru's hand is the key. None else can open the door. By perfect good fortune the Guru is met. p124
    • That's unfortunate to hear. Could you give any more information? Who was this "baba"? He just disappeared with people's money? Obviously, you should donate your money to known institutions or poor people that you can verify the need of through friends and family in Punjab.
    • Sangat ji,  I know a family who went Sevewal to do seva sometimes end of 2019. They returned last year in great dismay and heart broken.  To repent for their mistakes they approached panj pyaare. The Panj gave them their punishment / order to how t make it up which, with Kirpa, they fulfilled.  They were listening to a fake Baba who, in the end, took all the "Donations " and fled sometime over a year ago. For nearly 4 years this family (who are great Gursikhs once u get to know them) wasted time and effort for this fake Baba. NOT ONLY this one fam. But many, many did worldwide and they took their fam to do seva, in village Sevewal, city Jaitho in Punjab. In the end many families lost money in thousands being behind this Baba. The family, on return, had to get in touch with all the participants and told them to stop.  I am stating this here to create awareness and we need to learn from whom we follow and believe. It's no easy but if we follow the 3 S (Sangat, Simran and Seva) we will be shown the light. As I am writing this the family in question have been doing the same since 2008 onwards and they fell for this Baba... it is unbelievable and shocking.  This am writing in a nutshell as am at work on my break so not lengthy but it deserves a great length.  Especially the family in question, who shed light on youngsters about Sikhi 20 plus years!!
    • Giani Kulwant Singh Jawaddi Kalan uses simple Punjabi.
    • Leaving aside Guru ji, the general question of taking afeem (opium) in limited quantities for war/medical wounds is simply unproblematic. When you go to the hospital, they give you morphine. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it.
