30 second clip shows beadbi of sikh turban and with the blessing of facebook and internet, awareness spread like fire and filled ppl inbox, sms and so on.. Within a day SP and SHO got suspended and punjab govt is full on 'damage control' mode... SikhWorldTv said it right.. Documented crime in video format can topple anyone....

So each week in dozens of Gurdwara all over the world we have sikhs fighting and pullin each others turbans of without any reaction, but when one hindu does it then all of a sudden the entire panth roars.. woow thats just great.....

Most probably Sikh For Justice. They might be running a campaign to name and shame Punjab Police and put tag of "Terrorist Organization". They are doing just wonderful job !!!

What took place in the video was no fight. When there is a fight then expect your dastar to come off not because the enemy aims for it, but because it is an aggravated sistuation.

What took place in the video is clearly not a fight. The Sikh is not resisting where the police officers needs to use force to calm him down. One police officer telling another police officer to remove the dastar of the Sikh is clearly a way to degrade the man in public. The dastar is the identity of the Sikh and it cannot be disrespected. Just like no one can disrespect the uniform of a police officer. If someone does, then that is an assualt on a police officer, which will land you in prison. Also please look at the context of this occurance. Sikhs have become second class citizens in India, where they are not respected as equal to other religious people that live in India. This is not an outrage against Hindus, but those that run India. Look at the person who is arresting the Sikh. He is wearing a dastar himself, so its not against Hindus, but the government that don't respect Sikhs and their freedom to be citizens of India just like everyone else.
