Its a unique opportunity. I wouldn't waste that opportunity with any of the points suggested by others here. All those points are, of course, very valid.....but your question needs to be tailor made for its intended audience. When your intended questionee's have no shame, no sense of justice etc, then the points suggested will simply fly over their heads. Therefore, you simply need to ask one question, that is generic, i.e relevant to all mankind, and one which may not only bring discomfort to the questionee but also may be picked up the media. The question then needs to be short and sweet. Along the lines of " How is the arrest, imprisonment and often torture of people that have thoughts and desires of self-determination compatible with being a 'democracy' ? " "Is India really a democracy ?".
