I feel uncomfortable around opposite gender ,i just can't control my harmones ,and.feel so much lust ,,I never tried making any female friends as I just feel strong harmones around them ,also I feel little inferior around people who are more beautiful or smart. I want to behave normally with all like I m with my friends

i think you start to matak matak around the other gender, getting a bit to excited, calm yourself down your body is present doing tapoosiya inside but your brain is lost in a blur of thoughts get it straight, consciousness, be fully aware and come back to some sense, its the mind set you have, don't waiver, stay steady fast, read charitropakhyan and learn the tricks, the inner battle must be fight, use gyan kharag as your weapon

our body's shakti comes from kaam from which arises lobh etc---without kaam in your body there would be no body, kaam is more then just sexual desire, right when u get sperm reaching right amount in body ur sensual vibrations start arousing, then your mind which thinks adultery takes that energy in you and uses as sexual desire, those who have better mind set and use it better for naam rass they turn kaam into nam rass the energy is

nyways on a serious note, desiguy get out more in fresh air, and build up confidence, then the harmoniums will get better. Do u have a job or any activity u can do that diverts ur mind from the harmoniums goin blooblooakfjlksdjoawirjlskj......Do simran everytime u get the harmoniums, and stop playin into the eyes of opposite gender, its all an illusion to distract u and divert ur mann.

As a kid at the Gurdwara listening to kirtan, I use to love checking out the various harmoniums whenever a kirtani jatha would perform on stage. When one of the jatha had a white harmonium it use to make me very happy. The harmoniums with the sticker 'BINA' use to make me giggle; I use to wonder whether it was like 'Tere Bina' or something like that.
