A lot of people (especially females?) have FOMO (fear of missing out) which influences their actions. Maybe introverted ones can be a bit more immune to this. But extroverted ones need to be in the right places, with the right people, to feel whole.

I think it's all biological.  The female is looking for a worthy mate and the fact that many other women want that man means there is something about him which makes him worthy. Women want to secure a worthy mate who is capable of taking care of her and her children.

But many don't even seem to be able to make good choices about what they do to make themselves more attractive. A lot of the time the plastic surgery makes them look worse, not better. Then some (especially Panjabans) look like they pile on the make up blindfolded, with a garmala not doing themselves any favours either.

Retaining ones mate doesn't require all that. I don't find that stuff attractive. I like real.  If a dude isn't faithful, fake tits isn't gonna change that. 

I just think the variety of uses that women use mass sex appeal for go wayyy beyond their single dude. It's power. Substitute attractiveness of women, for intimidation in men. 

Your dude would actually prefer you take all that <banned word filter activated> off lol. It's not like y'all get dressed up for us, compare your home attire to what you wear out. 

A single mate isn't what it's about. That's simple. Tell a dude you like him. Marry him. Treat him alright. Be affectionate sometimes. Don't marry a cheater douche. 

But women often marry for the wrong reasons, when they finally do, and marry a cheater.

Makeup and surgery are tools used by women to find a worthy man lol. It increased the standards of beauty because if you have money you can get all sorts of surgeries to fix anything you dont like. Yeah some women are already beautiful and dont need it but surgery has definitely helped alot of women fix their flaws and you cant even tell that they got surgery. All this has done has raised the bar of beauty standards which got all women getting involved in this to increase their prospects of finding a good mate. This is all evolution at play. When unchecked biological drives get out of hand lol. Women competing with other women.

Yes but you should see the majority of men going after dolled and glammed up women which is why women are doing all this. No man will post a picture of a women with no makeup and go women crush wednesday lol. They will post computer edited pictures of women and think that's how they look in real life.
