I've got an old Nokia mobile which is about 9 years old, It's worth about 055 and does nothing but make and receive calls. Even then I've only got it so my wife and children can maintain emergency contact with me whilst I'm at work.

And therein lies the answer and cause of your problem. You're a farmer in Punjab. You're out watering the fields. What on earth do you need a smartphone with internet access for ?02 Are you expecting a call from the United Nations to address the assembly via conference video call ?

Get rid of the un-needed internet smart phone. Unless you need it for your business....which you don't.....its like walking around with a porno mag in your pocket. You're a farmer living and working in isolated and lonely environments. Its asking for trouble.

this is not fault of phone. i only asked gursikhs for simran . Its not happend everyday. I have also a mobile and laptop . And i use them searching gurmat sites.

this is so real, i do not listen to music either or watch cinemas, but ive been in the similar situation but my peers and close friends showed me songs of juston bieber and other singers chris brown bruno mars and then i got thee kaami feelings and cannot stop looking at justin beiber pictures. then i try to listen to kirtan then go back to justin bieber. it happens when i start daydreaming more than anything

Haan ji, if we do come across with situation like that where thought(forna) is hung up on the hot chick beauty- there are two ways based on your current perception as gurmat does not encourage or goes to extreme of annihilating beauty as many advaitis of adi sankarcharyas do with their mithiya maya and neither gurmat encourages or goes to extreme of "being soo caught" in kudrat beauty so much so that one forget the actual "divine" Vahiguroo who beautifies the whole creation.

- Either one can perceive this as kudrat beauty and with vichar get tat from it which is divine himself and move on, this will turn individual lust to universal beauty where it should not bother you or make you lustful.

-Other way is to depending on your perception- consider this is mithiya(maya) and perceive this maya as dust but in order to perceive, you need natural full bairaag in Sikhi..!!

What i personally do, i tried not to let me bug too much - i do consider it maya/mithiya when lust is trying to take over it other than its part of kudrat divine beauty. We are supposed to de-attach from maya but not hate maya or destoy maya - thats the key, nothing needs to be destroyed or created but one's perception(dristhi) needs to be changed thats all.

When the other man feels your phone as he reciprocates the hand shake he will either be made to feel inferior by your impressive telecommunication device, or if his is better, he'll whip it out and pretend to have a fake conversation - usually to someone living in another country, so you then feel like a limp slug having clocked his impressive device.

So get a simple phone for when in the fields alone - no one will know apart from you and the kank. Not even wildlife will know because with all the pesticides in Punjab even a kirri is rare inside the khet. Just use the smartphone for special occasions when meeting prospective father-in-laws for example.

Deep down you are a good man. I know you are not one of these kissan who spend all evening inside the kamad getting up to no good.
