Rehraas Sahib Timings

Recommended Posts

When is rehraas allowed to happen? Am I allowed to do it at 8pm? I sometimes get late coming home from school and sports clubs etc and doing homework. When should Rehraas be done? Also should you only eat after doing rehraas?

in the UK the sun starts setting at like 4:30pm

so i should do it then?

yes whenever the sun is setting do it accordingly , i guess your local Gurudwaras must be doing at same time as well

because you are releasing your energy as the night takes over and day dissipates
