Yeah, we know that. In India, the most loved people are the ones who shield corrupt politicians, murderers, dacoits, etc. Mr. Bharara got justice for a poor maid Sangeeta Richards, who was also an Indian, but the Manuwadi Brahiminst mindset who is so tuned to exploiting the weak and labour class, is so tuned to get away in India with it's influence of power and money, will hate this person, their media propaganda/style of presenting a news will project this person as a RAKSHAS, but who cares, he got justice for a poor weak Indian woman, and we are happy with that.

Thanks USA, We are happy with your justice system.

USA Justice system - you call a corrupt Indian Diplomat as corrupt, charge them and tell them to leave their country, what can be more insulting than this? You don't succumb to supid behaviour of Indian Foreign Office, removing barricades outside US Embassy, traffic rules changed etc. etc. etc., the most childish behaviour from the so called largest democracy of the world, ahhhhh self-proclaimed Democracy OR "Hypocricy"?

I would be very happy if AAP comes to power, cleans this system, so we can see a clean India ruled by Aam Aadmi and not corrupt officers and politicians. This is not going to happen if NaMo / BJP / RSS comes to power - they are even worse in exploiting the weaker sections of society. AAP - come up and contest all Lok Sabha seats, and thrash out NaMo dreams of coming to power. It will help building a strong India, cleaning the system of corrupt people. Only people who don't want AAP to come to power have self-vested corrupt motives, and don't want Bharata as whole to excel :). Hope, we can see a true Democracy soon.

Don't talk nonsense and let religious or cultural bias cloud your judgment. Mr. Devyani is a proud dalit, at least according to her own father. So, technically the "manuvadis" are protecting a dalit.

What are your comments about Mr. Raymond Davis? Contractor (CIA Agent) working in Pakistan that shot dead two pakistanis at a red light. I didn't know that CIA agents have diplomatic immunity - but yet this is what the Americans argued. Brought him back and I have yet to see any charges against him for anything.

How about the daily drone attacks in Afghanistan and Pakistan that kill scores of innocent people? You can read the snowden and assange leaks to see what really goes on in America, its no different then what happens in India.

Justice for this poor women? Has the trial finished already and the diplomat been found guilty? Have your read the indictment?

If you want change in India then please appeal to Sardarji at the top along with his christian boss lady. They have taken corruption, inefficiency, lack of accountability to new heights.

Free water and electricity are not going to help build India - development will. Also, If Kejriwal is listening tell him that I watched his video where he says he has 740 pages of evidence against Sheila Dixit and would put her in jail right away. Now's your chance Mr. Kejriwal.

Are you sure that you want to support Kejriwal, Bhushan and Shashi Kant? They are all bamans you know. From the manuvadi lehar. And Mr. Modi is an OBC.

I hope the AAP does well. But there is an ace yet to be played by Mr. Modi that will not come until February or March.

Thanks

Either you so DUMB that you don't understand or you don't want to understand.

The Manuwadi mindset has nothing to do with the caste/race of a person in power and its family origin, we are talking of mindset, we are not talking of Manu Smriti. We are having some deep thoughts/some intellectual thoughts being discussed here, please contribute if you have something serious to contribute, else what you post is pretty basic, we all know that.

You don't even know when Ramayana serial was telecasted, please go and attend some more Shakhas in your RSS terrorist camps, before you start arguing on complex subjects. Your imagination is beyond limits. Either we will have to start ignoring you, so atleast I see your comments being diverted to a DEAD-CHANNEL, or something like > /dev/null :), I also enjoy your ignorance, you don't seem to have attended sufficient Shakhas, you seem to be in pretty earlier stages :).

Take an example - Ms. Mayawati - earlier CM of UP, although she claims to be a champion of SC/ST rights, but she spends thousands of crores on her statue, her garlande of flowers is worth lakhs. So, she is fooling around people who support her, she is herself following the Manuwadi concept - Manuwadi mindset, although she is SC - which is exploiting the money of people/exploiting the common man, poor people for her own wealthy and luxurories desires.

As you are an active member of RSS Terrorist group, your sole goal is to create political and communal divisions by even classifying Ms. Devyani as OBC,and Mr. Kejriwal/Mr. Bhushan as Brahmin etc. Even if Kejriwal/Bhushan be Brahmin, their mindset is non-Manuwadi, even if Mayawati/Devyani/NaMo be SC/OBC, they are still following Manuwadi mindset. Hilarious!

(Reuters) - Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade, heading home from the United States after she was indicted for visa fraud in a case that has strained bilateral ties, could have a political career for the asking.

Ahead of national elections that must be held by May, parties are preparing to crown her as a hero in a case seen as standing up to the United States and, if she wanted, offer her a political career. It signals how the case has stirred nationalist feelings among many Indians.

There is no sign that Khobragade, 39, is considering politics. India's foreign ministry, which fully backed her in her month-long battle against U.S. prosecutors, has said she will be given a new assignment in New Delhi.

But one party based in her home state of Maharashtra said it would talk to her about running for parliament.

"We will be meeting her soon. She is an inspiration to the people of our country," said Mayur Borkar, the spokesman of the Republican Party of India. "We are going to offer her a ticket."

Another political group, the Samajwadi party which governs the big heartland state of Uttar Pradesh and is one of India's most important regional parties, has offered Khobragade a seat from the state even though she is an outsider.

"Whatever happened with her is condemnable," said Azam Khan, the state's urban development minister.

A federal grand jury in New York indicted deputy consul general Khobragade on Thursday for visa fraud and providing false statements about payments made to her domestic helper but the officer was allowed to leave the United States because of diplomatic immunity.

Her arrest last month set off protests in India amid disclosures she was handcuffed and strip-searched and demands from the government the case be dropped and an apology given.

A government official said that Khobragade had been transferred to New Delhi and suggested it was too early to determine the nature of her new assignment.

"Let us focus on her return. After her return, the government will think about further action," the official said.

Khobragade would have to quit the diplomatic service if she were to choose a political career. It is not unusual for government officials to enter politics, but most have done so after retirement.

Her father Uttam Khobragade, who has lobbied hard to build support, said Devyani was already in public life and that offers from political parties were common. But he added this was not the best time for his daughter to make long-time decisions.

ASSIGNMENTS

Before New York, Khobragade, who is a medical doctor by training, was posted in Germany, Italy and Pakistan.

Within India's diplomatic service, a posting to old enemy Pakistan is considered one of the most difficult assignments and usually only the brightest officers are sent there, an official said.

Khobragade served a three-year term in Pakistan from 2007 even though the government gives officers the option to move out after a year because of difficult security conditions.

"She didn't have a problem in Islamabad where you would expect to face challenges. This (the row) happened in a country supposed to be a strategic partner," the official said.

Salman Haider, a former top Indian diplomat, said Khobragade's career was unlikely to suffer even though any future assignment to the United States was not on the cards.

"This has been a bruising experience, she would have lots of sympathy," he said. "I would imagine she would be deployed in a manner that would be appropriate with her experience and seniority."

"I think professionally she should come out of it alright."

Hindustani - None of your questions hold any ground, all your questions are baseless, and replying to any of your questions or even discussing any serious subject matter with you is a waste of time, this is my final post of any such reply to you. You lost your credibility when you stated that 76 HINDUS WERE GUNNED DOWN By supporters or by Mr. Bhindranwale WHEN WATCHING RAMAYANA TELECASTED IN 1981? This implies what your intent in India is - provoke ignorant masses to carry out genocide of innocent minorities based on false and imaginative data.

Lies have no foundation When he realized his story is false, he has now changed his story as raam leela stage play and not ramayan tv serial. He also claimed Atwal's body was left for 2 days when in fact it was 2 hours. That's the problem with people brainwashed by the India media and GOI propaganda. They base their info all on lies.

Well, at least in that melee you do admit that a DIG was shot dead while praying inside of the Harimandir Sahib. And not on the battlefield. Could it have happened without bhindranwale's consent, dont think so.

Back to the topic. India is getting kudos from across the world including our bitter enemy pakistan for taking no crap from the amreekans. Guilty or not, Mrs. Devyani is back home. The Americans backed down and let her leave. Mr. Kerry apologizes to Salman Kurshid and said it should have never happened.

And thats how the big boys play......

To which I replied on another thread:

Your story about Atwal is also half true. Yes he went to Darbar Sahib but not with his family. He went with two other officers in plain cloths. Atwal was a terrorist cop. He had burnt the Guru Granth Sahib in Chando Kalan village in Haryana as well as kill unarmed Sikhs in Mehta Chowk. He was also pioneer of the fake encounter killings in Punjab. He had captured, tortured and then done a fake encounter of Kulwant Singh Nagoke and Gurmit Singh Dhulkot besides also terrorizing people in Daonte Village.

Some say this Dusht was killed by two Singhs named Major Singh and Ram Singh because Atwal ordered Swaran Ghotna to strip and parade a Dalit girl in the village of Daonke in order to pressure her brother to surrender himself. While some are of the opinion that he was killed by the third agency created by Indira Gandhi to make her case stronger for the attack on Darbar Sahib. And his body was left there for 2 hours not 2 days!

Instead of worrying about this terrorist police officer, perhaps you should worry about how a Hindu mob incited by the Mahasha Hindu press of Punjab had organised an anti Sikh parade in 1982 led by the terrorist Pawan Kumar Sharma. This terrorist procession was being escorted by the Punjab police. While they were shouting their Anti Sikh slogans, the angry Hindu mob grabbed two policemen simply because they were turban wearing Sikhs. These two Sikhs were beaten up so ruthlessly that they died. Not a single Hindu was charged for this crime.

So as far as we are concerned, it's a mystery who killed the terrorist cop Atwal. But there is absolutely no mystery as to who killed those two Sikh cops yet the Indian government did not order an attack by the Indian army on the Hindus of the Hindu Suraksha Samiti and it's leader Pawan Kumar Sharma.

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

"India chose to stand behind the reigning Princess of elitism, Deviyani Khobragade, who is not only accused of abusing her maid and lying on official documents, but is also involved in getting a flat allotted to herself in Adarsh Housing Society (a housing project for war widows in India). It’s often said that it is only the most corrupt that steal from widows and orphans…need I say more?"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adarsh_Housing_Society_scam

"Now let’s suppose the charges against her hold and she is sentenced to two years of imprisonment for her crimes. Let’s now suppose two years pass and she’s not released, and then three years pass and then four…….let’s just suppose everyone forgets about her and leaves her in jail to rot…. Now that would be something to go into uproar about!"

"That unthinkable and traumatic scenario is going on in India as we speak. There are many Sikh political prisoners who are in jail way beyond their official sentence and the Indian government refuses to release them. Rather than to create an uproar over someone who was strip searched legally, Indian citizens should be going into uproar over these innocent souls left in jails when they have already completed their court prescribed jail time."

Read the full true story about the Devyani Khobragade incident here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devyani_Khobragade_incident

Khobragade was "accorded courtesies well beyond what other defendants, most of whom are American citizens, are accorded". It is also claimed that Uttam Khobragade, Devyani's father, threatened the victims family with abduction and false drugs if they complained about the treatment they received.

Hindustani - You represent everything that is wrong with "Hindustan", a country that is plagued by corruption, injustice, and one which punishes the innocent for actions of others.

In this case, India has made it very clear that it rejects the due process of American law (perhaps they are confused with their own system of justice) and in doing so, has looked very foolish across the world.

Once again guilty or not ( she has not been proven guilty) and your wikipedia link is all "alleged" at this point. So, it is hearsay and irrelevant.

Maybe I can ask you the same question that I asked another poster.

What do you think of Raymond Davis (undercover CIA agent working as a contractor) in Pakistan that shot dead two pakistanis at a traffic light?

What do you think of the American proposition that Raymond Davis was a diplomat hence requiring diplomatic immunity, and should be returned to America (which he was)

Do you think that this ladies alleged crimes are better or worse than Raymond Davis?

Then why should one get diplomatic immunity and the other not?

Matters with diplomats are usually resolved behind closed doors and the Americans know it. Hence, all the apologies and compromise. Mr. Bharara's career may take a little nosedive.

The other poster refused to answer these questions but was wondering if you wanted an intellectual discussion.

Thanks
