Yes off course, gurbani talks about jivan mukht and turiya avastha ...In this one's real natural state(jot saroop/jagadi jot)- enlighten being retains shud sato gun(pure portion of mind/surti at the root ) to benefit human kind based on hakum/raza which appears naturally spontaneously in their bhram leen surti (consciousness) as they are bhram leen in vahiguroo, there is no distinction as such everything is natural and spontaneous, it does not work like it works in our mind- thoughts, desire, actions etc.

On other hand, if enlighten being goes naturally fully in maha samadhi (turiya atit avastha/bedah mukh avastha) without an effort to retain body/mind , body/mind on its own cannot be retain fully in maha samadhi body gives up naturally. One is merged in absolute (Ikongkar).

Once Sant Gyani Gurbachan Singh Khalsa bhindranwale were in calcutta, one of hindu advance seeker had a doubt in his mind, if sant ji is bhramgyani how come he didn't left his body yet as naturally normally at point of full enlightenment one cannot retain its body. Sant ji were antarjami and called him and said- oh premiya haije gurughar di seva karni bakki aa , cannot leave it behind -showed him everything-.. so yea basically at the moment of enlightenment/bhramgyan- bhramgyani can consciously make or have a desire to retain body and mind based on hakum/raza otherwise one cannot retain body/mind that much longer as it naturally gives up.

Does leen mean to be absorbed in something eg: khubjana kise cheej ch? Or something else?
