I think the guilty party himself Badal (and his chumchey) wants to push blame onto the millions who have been suffering through his mean minded anti-sikh ways for so many decades . He is the one who has not released our brothers from jail after their sentences are up , he is the one who put gurdwara land under central govt mortgage. No one else. SO he needs to get a spine and do his job if he couldn't all these years , which is evident by the manipulation of sgpc and the akali dal by RSS and others then tell your friend he backed a loser.
