It's a challenge from the corrupt leamngton Warwick commitee. They're relying on protestors getting arrested and charged by the police. They believe protestors will soon stop protests as they know they will be arrested.

This besharam commitee came on Sikh channel a few months ago and said they encourage protestors not to protest because they may be arrested.

I read only 30-50 protestors went into the gurdwara and some 50 odd outside the gurdwara.

Imagine if 500 protestors came from across the UK and protested next time? even then after that escalating to 5,000 Sikhs then 10,000 (size of average uk nagar kirtan) then 50,000 (size of hyde park june 1984 protest in 2014).

No way the police would cope with 50,000 Sikhs protesting let alone all the 800,000 strong UK Sikh community protesting.... so even if only a fraction came down to protested further and with larger numbers it would make it impossible for the commitee or any evil anti-sikh gurdwara commitee to ever commit these kinda antics again.

So we must support and give praise respect to the protestors they are giving their time and putting their careers on the line for Guru's sancity and the faiths well being demographically speaking.

Look at this fb page from 'sikh youth birmingham', look at the number of coconuts, who have NO knowledge of dharam n the guru, chattin rubbish about the events unfolding. These bloody selfiepreets need slaps for caring more about some mugs "special day", than our guru and the mischevious lemmington spa gurdwara committee, who r upto their old tricks.

These are the type of people whose daughters run off with muslim pedo gangs and convert to Islam or marry some random john from uni cos he smiled at her after a drunken night out and they ended up in bed. All because their liberal parents taught them that false stuff like dont marry another sikh of different caste cos castism is allowed (mostly jatts, chumars and tharkhans practise this brahmin nonsense), they teach them crazy stuff like Sikhism is about total equality so you can do whatever you want and with who ever they want cos God wont care about that stuff, they are also hilariously taught that there are 10 Sikh gods and you cant eat meat  because cow mata will be angry or cant eat meat on a tuesday cos some random pakhandi pundit baba ji said so, and black magic is real.... these type of ignorant punjabi pendu's we have in our midst.

They should do us all a favor and just leave Sikhi and Sikhs alone so that we can get on with our own affairs and they can carry on with their atheist punjabi drunk parties, drug taking, rent boy hooking up, muslim converting and population increasing antics.

We have seen these types of mixed marriages occurring in the past and have felt remorse but have not taken action. However it is good to be clear that it is the Anand Karaj ceremony itself being undertaken by a non-sikh person that we are opposed to. Clarity defines the situation better. The organisation which stands to oppose it should clearly display their requirements so that we can avoid negative media coverage. it would be better if the opposing organisation itself could get first hand support from the police so that they have the police on their side and not against them. If the opposing organisation gets all on their side and makes people understand what it is exactly they are against - then we can avoid much debates and negative coverage later on. When the opposing organisation has a spokes man on their behalf to deal with the media then the plight of Sikhs will get better publicity and more support. Perhaps even non-sikhs can join in the protest if they understand clearly  that it is the Anand Karaj ceremony (not the marriage itself) which is not to be undertaken by a non-sikh.

When we use the word marriage, then it gets us to be protrayed as we are against our people mixing up with other cultures. Initially when an Anand karaj ceremony was to take place, the giani ji would recommend both partners to take Amrit before the ceremony. However, as time passed committees and people have become relaxed on this issue. No one bothers to tell the married couple any more about Amrit, except a few Guradwaras. All the sangat is too absorbed in the celebrations to give heed to the advice being offered.

A non-sikh who has not got any beliefs in sikhism and who will only go through the emotions of the Anand Karaj ceremony is taking things further into the rot. Ideally it would be hoped that a Sikh would choose a Sikh partner and get married through the Anand karaj ceremony with utmos respect to Guru Ji.

However it is only a show to the rest of the community and to save the little dignity left for the parents of a Sikh who is going to marry a non-sikh, that their son or daughter got married through the performance of an Anand Karaj ceremony. Mixed marriages are going to be the norm because we now have cultures mixing up, mixed race schools and general problems getting a suitable Sikh partner.

The duties of married partners have now changed whereby partners are now concentrating more on providing the bread which will run the household rather than being concerned of any religious duties they will be participating in as a couple. Parties, dinners, latest films and work outings take a higher percentage of their time rather than their efforts towards reading or practising what religion requires them to. There is more pressure to get their children to mix up with the rest "normal" children who concentrate their efforts most on simply academic achievements or after school hobbies.

Learning punjabi or sikh history is not a requirement or a practice in most normal households who would also define themselves as Sikh. An average sikh might be attending the guradwara just when there is an invitation of some closeby relative and they just have to go. Otherwise they may consider themselves as having made better use of their time by sitting home and revising their work or watching the latest film ( to enable them to participate in the latest gossip)

Therefore such people who have not bothered to learn about the importance of seva, simran and satsangat in your life, the purpose of human life as defined in Sikhism, the source of all the bani in the SGGS and whom specifically Guru Ji said the Anand Karaj ceremony is for ---- will not understand why it is wrong for a non-sikh to participate in the Anand Karaj ceremony.

It is not a normal ceremony where you define all the things that you will be to your partner - to support and cherish your partner. The lavaa are a promise that you are making to Guru Ji. Is it right to take an oath whereby you just do not know what you are swearing to God to do and you do it, because you are getting married to a Sikh who wants to save their dignity in front of their own relatives??????

It is wrong for a non-Sikh to take part in the Anand Karaj ceremony without having known what Sikhi entails.
