1. Tell your parents , what is happening

2. Tell your teacher

3. If nothing still improves , tell your parents to meet up with the headteacher and voice your concerns. Persist on the headteacher for the perpetrators parents to meet at the school so they can discuss with them what their children are doing. If headteacher still does nothing keep on applying pressure.

4. Contact Sikh helpline / Sikh youth UK who have professionals who can assist you.
