Is reading a poem, everyday, good for someone?

little bro I'm convinced there is a child abuse case pending on your mum - she has to have dropped you on your head as a baby for you to equate Gurbani to just any human writing .

Nitnem:

Nit means every day/daily, Nem means routine

So this is your daily spiritual routine

You have to do it everyday that's why it's called Nitnem

Your attitude has not changed one bit. Even after everyone tries to explain something to you in a nice manner, you just think that your thoughts are superior.

Why don't you try 5 minutes of Simran with full heart every day?

this is such a generic translation, that it applies to everyone who has ever taken a bath, and somehow thought about life.

seriously, you cant taken gurbani as an answer like that,

I mean its good, overall, and word of god, but don't use to justify a point, because god knows that this happens to 100 percent of people who take baths or long showers.

Yes of course he had a body but he was divine. The Bani he wrote is Dhur Ki Baani/ Ilaahi Bani, the words from God.

Guru ji has told us

Jō mam sāth cāhē kar bāt

One who wants to communicate with me,

Granth jī paṛhhhē suṇē bicārē sāth ॥ (18)

He may read, listen to and ponder over Granth Jee.(18)

Jō mujh bachan suṇan kī cāi

Ones who aspires to listen to my sermons,

Grrranth paṛē suṇē citt lāi ॥ (19)

Diligently, should he read and recite Granth Jee.(19)
