One of my muslim friend has gifted me Quran . Should I continue reading from it ?

This is the only thing I respect and yes the abrahamic stories of their prophets right from Adam and eve are similar from bible. I wonder if all those are just allegories . 

I don't believe in converting to their religion.

BTW I remember a muslim guy who worked with me once told me that I should try islam because its a far large religion present worldwide whereas sikhism is only in uk , india and canada. I laughed my a** lol and said "if thats the case u shud convert to chrisitanity because its larger than islam" 

but both islam and christian numbers are just because of their forcible conversions
