why should they 'take care' of these issues^?  does the phrase 'its a free world' make any sense to you?  if people want to join deras etc, let them, so what?  they were there even in time of Gurus.

these issues are external to sikhs.

sikhism still exists- so yes, it took care of itself.  there's something called 'Gur Prasad' you know.  or are you some kind of atheist/marxist?

p.s. what is dhumma???
