Cows in the Taksaal Fields

tbh i think all these events, and leaders have been put in place by government to ruin the taksal. Damdami taksal was the main threat to the indian gov. and i think it makes sense that they have placed leaders like dhumma and they try to kill the taksal by making them look bad. that is not the real taksal. the real taksal was when sant jarnail singh bhindranwale was around.

This can be absolutely tragic for the family that own the fields! In the last few years with the stray cow population rocketing up in punjab  a lot of people have struggled with stray cows eating in their fields. Even a single cow can cause so much damage in a field.  People drive then out with canes otherwise they will cause so much damage. 

A lot of people are annoyed with the stray cows everywhere in punjab, it really is out of control. Drivers find it really hard to drive in the shahrs, it's like a obstacle course. The shahrs are full of stray animals.

When cows are about to die they just stand still for hours sometimes b4 they collapse. And there was one standing right in the middle of a highway, it was so weak that it would slightly sway everything a vehicle drove past. And it was just standing there. 

What are the laws like in pubjab when it comes to cows?
