Might as well, just remember you only need a fraction of what the meat industry supported narrative says you do. Don't overdo it. You can get kidney stones and things from excess protein or stress your organs metabolizing over abundances of it.

I never did find the spreadsheet I was using to calculate and track nutrient intakes, or the values I used at the time. Currently they say .8 grams protein per kg of body weight, up to 1.4 grams for endurance athletes.
