Decentralized/Digitalized Khalsa project

Hey there, 

I was thinking of doing a project whereby we can create a digital decentralized khalsa. Whether that would be backed by a blockchain technology or how it would work needs to be discussed. I am thinking of a network where the action is rewarded. And hence we can have a community of the khalsa doing things the khalsa should be doing and getting rewarded for it..
