When does this time start and end? Is the fal only for bani or is it for simran toooo.

Based on what i heard this year it started jan 14 and will end 14 Feb.

Not sure if it is same dates every year.Yes the fal is for any meditation done.

I did not know about Magh Mahina. If I missed the first week, but did all other weeks do I still get full benefits?
