If they're with parents. If yes then if they're willing to move out from family and stay anywhere in the UK then they have opened opportunities for themselves. Not easy especially with Indian families but moving away does mean expanding on opportunity.

many It jobs are remote these days, especially because of the pandemic.

Jobs such as coding/programming, can be performed with communication through email and chat apps.

Also another good place to get contracts is on upwork and fiverr, I recommend to start there to gain experience and money. And some people have made it into a business
