I think taking cholecalciferol (D3) might by better than ergocalciferol (D2)? That injection is D2.

Thanks. I'll look into it. The main problem i have is RF waves deliberately being beamed at me causing me grief.

I wonder if a faraday cage of sorts or a device that is designed to jam radio communications would help?
