Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh” The message “Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh” is to be conveyed whenever two Sikhs meet each other. Guru Gobind Singh Ji has said, “My face will be towards that person who says it first. My back will be towards that person who says it afterwards. I will be in between both of them, if both of them says it together.” Hence, in order to spread the message of brotherhood, we should say Fateh together. The traditions set by Guru Sahibs, whether they are documented or not can be derived from Gurbani, provided we try to go in the depth of Gurbani. However, we are no body to alter, modify, change, and add in the Gurbani or …

http://www.gurmat.info/sms/smspublications/introductiontosikhism2/ "Among the low let my caste be the meanest, Of the lowly, let me the lowliest be.O Nanak! let such be the men I know. With such men let me keep company. Why should I try to emulate the great? Where the fallen have protected been is your grade and your goodness seen." Why is there a use of the word "meanest" in the above?

Vjkk vjkf, Once at the gurdwara, a gianijee was talking about ninidia and our lives, Gianijee stressed so much that how awful nindya is! He said, the amount of paap we all do is really scary, our faces become scary and our habits become scary. We become such a weight onto earth, all this due to our actions, we slander, and slander; we don't listen to our guru and follow our own mat. He gave an example: that imagine vaheguru sent us with 2 boxes, one of ours, and one for other ppl's aogun…. Put them around ur neck, and everyday notice how much you will fill the 'other person's box' compared to urs. your box will be empty and the other will be overfowing... We go arou…

I have a dukh bhanjani sahib gutka and i have the audio too but i read on the first page of the gutka something about if someone has a disease(rog) they're suppose to do X number of paaths during amrit vela and something about having water in a bata while ur doing it. i just wanted to clear some doubts before i recited this bani for the first time: 1)Does it matter what time this paath is read? 2)Is it important to have the water in a bata while doing it the last question is gonna sound really dumb but 3)If u dont have any diseases and u dont consider yourself a person with dukh , can u still recite this bani? ANOTHER QUESTION Some have said that Asa di // is a…

A few thoughts, stringed together for y'all to read :} enjoy. What to rely on? What to rely on? Shortened breath, vision is blurred, Push yourself step after step. Synchronized in rhythm, I push myself forward Forgetting what I've done. Floating away, Where have I gone? Bring me back, I dont want to fall. Crystallized tufts of lustrous white, Awake! Awake! Let me Awake. In, in; out, out. It's nearing, across the placid horizon: A small light; but it's growing -- Ah, how beautiful. All that's left is to reach it. Shukar Hai, Vaheguru.

He Created them, annihilated them, again destroyed them, still again Created them. Somewhere He hath created millions of servants like Krishna.…

Is KKV using Akhalee Nihang Baba Hardeesh Singh Welling Vahleh's account again This question is a little related to that 'Santh' question I asked.... anyway: I was sitting once randomly and had this Shabadh in my mind: http://www.sikhitothemax.com/page.asp?ShabadID=501 I wanted to know as a whole WHO is a Sikh? When I ask this I mean like in Gurbanee there are several references of Vaaheguroo saving his Sikh from Maya and getting his Sikh to cross this ocean etc etc (no disrespect). What I want to know is WHO is a Sikh? ~ Is it only someone who's taken Amrith? ~ Does Vaaheguroo protect those that RECOGNISE Him as Akhaal Purkh? ~ Is it anyone that remebers Vaa…
