Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! Wings Of a Butterfly ******************** In ten directions, clouds cover the sky like a canopy. Through the dark clouds lightning flashes and I am terrified. My bed is empty and my eyes are sleepless. My Lover has gone far away to distant lands. O mother, I have received no messages. When my Beloved used to go out, even if nearby, word would be sent to me. How could I forget my dear Beloved, the Giver of peace and all virtues? Climbing onto the roof, searching for my Lover, my eyes are full of tears. The wall of self-centredness and pride separates us, But now I can hear my Lover nearby. …

RAAG SORAT’H, THE WORD OF DEVOTEE KABEER JEE, FIRST HOUSE: ONE UNIVERSAL CREATOR GOD. BY THE GRACE OF THE TRUE GURU: When the body is burnt, it turns to ashes; if it is not cremated, then it is eaten by armies of worms. The unbaked clay pitcher dissolves, when water is poured into it; this is also the nature of the body. || 1 || Why, O Siblings of Destiny, do you strut around, all puffed up with pride? Have you forgotten those days, when you were hanging, face down, for ten months? || 1 || Pause || Like the bee which collects honey, the fool eagerly gathers and collects wealth. At the time of death, they shout, “Take him away, take him away! Why leave a ghos…

Since i was kid.. i do not approve of giving sewa (money) to kirtaniass when they are doing kirtan on stage.. Giving Sewa after the kirtan and not in front of public is ok.. I don't know when this stuff started.. But does this practice usually runs during our guru sahibs time?? it's distraction and plus it discourage raggis sahib jeees and it brings competition between raggis world and THAT"S the reason we see em doing kirtan in Filmi Tunes and stuff.. I really wanted to know when it started?? if anyone knows.. cauz i think our guru sahib jees would never approved any of this.. Im not against giving the sewa, i think they deserve more.. but the style of giving it is not…

Gur pyare sat sangat Penji prao no one should slander or have hate with anyone cause in everyone there's good and bad khand and mirch. We should look to the good of people and trying to develop it. After all it's the way we project it. Also we shouldn't talk behind people's back and slander them As it say in the SGGS thio sa(n)th janaa kee nar ni(n)dhaa karehi har raakhai paij jan kaeree ||3|| In just the same way, when someone slanders the Saint, the Lord preserves the honor of His servant. jan kabeer ko ni(n)dhaa saar || Slander is the best thing for servant Kabeer. jan kaa aap sehaaee hoaa ni(n)dhak bhaagae haar || He Himself is the help and support of His hu…

This can be recited anytime Dhansari Mahla Panjva Aukhi ghari na dekhan daiyee apna birdh samalay, Hath daye rakhay apnay kau sas sas pritpalay, Prabh siyu lag rahiyo mera cheet, Aad ant Prabhu sada sahayee dhan hamara meet. (Rahau) Mun bilas bhayay sahib kay achraj dekh badaee, Har simar simar anand kar Nanak, Prabh pooran paij rakhaee. The lord does not allow his servants to face their difficult hours alone; this is his prerogative. With his protecting hand, He takes care of His own servants at every moment of their lives. Let your heart remain attached to the Lord. From the beginning of life to its end, the Lord is ever our Helper. How great is the Lord. (…

BY THE GRACE OF THE TRUE GURU: In the month of Saawan, the soul-bride is happy, if she falls in love with the Lotus Feet of the Lord. Her mind and body are imbued with the Love of the True One; His Name is her only Support. The pleasures of corruption are false. All that is seen shall turn to ashes. Ingredients of a Sikh One part saint, one part soldier, One part that's always learning As one grows older. One part service, one part sword, One part that's ever-evolving On life's drawing-board. One part spiritual, one part political, One part that aims to expose All that's hypocritical. One part fearless, one part unthreatening, One part that continues to hear When the din is deafening. One part meditative, one part martial, One part that's eyes remain open Yet is completely impartial. One part kettle, one part kirpan, One part that keeps collecting knowledge As the clock ticks on. Bhai Sahib Randheer Singh jee & The Seva Panthi Mahant By Bhai Darshan Singh jee GaRguj Translated by Admin www.tapoban.org In 1941 I received a letter from Srinagar, by Bhai Sahib, that asked me to attend the Akhand Paath and Keertan Smaagam at S. Harnam Singh Daar jee's home in Abbotabad. I replied that I would attend. By Satguru jee's grace, I arrived. This smaagam took place in the first week of October. The Akhand Paath Saahib concluded and Akhand Keertan began. I remember clearly that during the keertan, Mahant Karam Chand of Shaah Jeevanaa Mandee Dist. Jhang (from Bhai Ghanaeeyaa jee's Seva Panthi order), came and sat right in front of Bhai Sahib. Mahan…
