Thinking of taking up cycling I haven't cycled in years but there are some nice places with nice scenery nearby and though I love walking/hiking, it can be a bit far for a walker. Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent bike. I am not interested in those racing cycles. If anyone in the UK can attest to , those goreh love their racing cycles dressed up in their lycra and during the summer and the weekends, these cyclists are riding in troops and hog up the roads which can be annoying. Are there any keen cyclists on the forum? I used to enjoy cycling as a kid

Is protesting effective in achieving outcomes, especially for Sikhs? Farmer protest currently happening in India has been going for many months. At least 400 farmers have died during the protest, many were arrested and tortured by police and government, even children, but no satisfactory results have been achieved. Sikhs have protested for justice for happenings in 1984 in many cities across the world. Is this effective for us or are there other ways to deal?
