Is there a Shabad or a practice of some kind which i can do to increase my confidence? Right now im at work and i hardly speak or voice my opinions because of this, and this leads into paranoia as I think that people at work are against me. Results from Higher School Certificate - someone help

I got my results from my Higher School Certificate today.... they are horrible. I was expecting somewhere in the mid 90's, but all my marks are in the high 70's to low 80's. I honestly dont understand, I worked really hard for this. I didn't do too great in the external exams, but this is rock bottom! I believe I am a decent Sikh, I have never really committed a kurehat, I do my paath and simran daily. I have yet to chakk amrit, but I try to follow the path of a Gursikh on a daily basis. I got an ardaas done at the Gurudwara for my results, did 201 jaaps of Chaupee sahib and numerous other paaths and ardaas. I know that I shouldnt have expected much, but I seeked the…

I have a one year old baby son . He has developed some rash on his scalp which is itchy red and sometimes water comes from it. The docter has given us various creams etc . Some of these have made a difference but my wife and family want to cut my sons hair so to put cream on direct. Any help with this ?

Hello ... I recently had been by a docotr who diagnosed that I have depression... My life became so senselesss and grey in the past years.. I can´t handle things anymore.. Everything seems to be <banned word filter activated>! I feel no longer any sense in life... Sangat ji, I would really appreciate some career/study advice. In short I graduated with a 2.2 in law, I had decided what career route to take after graduating (not in law) but I'm not sure if thats for me anymore. I was interested in looking into IT as this is a field I've not really explored but seems interesting. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it. -
Yeah, that's one possibility. Another I initially thought is that it's a Muslim trying to gather info. But then, you might ask, how does he know about Sikh textual sources. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well.
