Brit Asia Channel Should Have Discussion Programs

Why the brit asia channel (sky 836)cannot give or sell 2 hour time slots to for having discussion programs related to Sikhs and Punjab & immigration The current Punjabi programs on Hindu’s MATV channel (sky 793) should be shifted to Brit Asia channel. Ask less money and let them have discussion programs for 2 hours. Sikhs have many political, social immigrations issue to discuss and face and solve to. Such programs can help as emotional calm to so many of our brothers & sisters. Anyway all you show at prime time of 8pm to 10 pm in the evening are just songs Is getting suitable studio is issue?

hello all, ok im amrithari and recently ive been doing a lot of exercise. press ups, sit ups, weights and jogs etc. my question is can exercise effect ur hormone balance?the reason im asking is recently ive just been getting so angry. i was playing football the other day and got sent off for swearing and starting a fight. but this really is not me and im ashamed of myself. i used to have a temper prob but when i took amrit that was sorted out so im just a bit lost with myself. any help wpuld be appreciated so much thanks

Guru Ji says no hair should be removed regardless of where is it. now you tell me 'sikh sangat jio' why im i seeing girls/women thats taken Amrith, and still remove facial hair? some of these women even wear dastaars, is this not the same as a man wid a dastaar that shaves his beard?? khalsa is falling over little things that people can not make sence of them selves!! maaf karo if i have offened anyone. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras.
