What's a good way and effective way to wash hair without doing beadbi of hair, I normally wash my hair on a sink, and I can feel a lot of hair breaking how can I wash my hair without breaking any kesh?

fateh. do you guys wash your kes separately from the rest of your body? or do you just wash it in your regular shower. reason i ask is that im finding it awkward keeping all kakkars on and washing kes in my regular morning shower. the other problem is that when i try washing my kes seperetely i end up making a mess in the bathrrom! any advice for a newbie? sorry for the stupid question x

I can't be the only one who has an addiction with my phone ( I probably am) but in case someone else has this problem I think I found an app that can help it's called "Moment" it basically tracks screen usage (so even if you're unsure about your addiction, at least you can find out), and you can set it so it annoys you with a reminder every few seconds, telling you to get off. I tried mine personally today, and was in shock... (see my screenshot) I think this problem can be overcome and I'll update on this post in a week or two, anyone can join me (if they want). Whenever there's a kirtan darbar at waterloo or something, you know how you're supposed to tell whoeverz in charge that u wanna do a shabad. Who are you supposed to tell? And if u find out the guy or girl's name, then how are u supposed to know who they are (how they look like). I always goto many kirtan darbars but i never get a chance to kirtan cuz i never know who to tell . And like if i'm thinking of just asking one of the bibi ji's, most of them seem pretty snobby and mean. So like, what am i supposed to do? ....

i feel so annoyed n disheartned about the sad state we are in the panth, especially in the uk. We are a total mess. Our elders manipulate all the youth, and the youth are starting to hate each other. I see it happening more and more each day.
