  1. Great job Jai Hind TV! Thanks for not only mocking a 101 year old international marathon runner Fauja Singh ji, but also for poking fun at the brutal holocaust which innocent Sikhs had to suffer in 1984, including a well-planned murderous ethnic cleansing of some 10,000 Sikhs all over India in less than a week, not to forget the gang rapes of thousands of Sikh girls aging 15 to 50 years! Bravo! How cool it must have been to laugh at the rape and murder of thousands of Indian citizens on an Indian channel! You do give not just humor but also insensitivity a new yet sickening definition! Well done!

  2. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh, Sangat Ji, did anyone listen into the Nihal show today. It was a breath of fresh air to hear that we had more of our intellectual Brothers and Sisters on !!! I managed to get on towards the end but unfortunately they cut me off because Nihal was lost for words and didn't have any answers to my questions. When ever India wants to get away with attacking the sikhs they always put a SO CALLED SIKH on the front line . i.e. they claim the writer of the sketch was a Sikh .... My answer to this was KPS Gill claims to also be a sikh but he butchered an entire generation of our naujwan !!! Before i could get this in they cut me off.. What were your thoughts sangat Ji ?

  3. I still don't understand how that is insulting, incorrect (in your eyes) maybe, but not insulting. Please don't quote to me what osingh is saying as neither have I made that point nor has Bhai Sahib Bhai Randhir Singh. All that bhai sahib randhir singh said was that the bhagats only did ucharan of the bani that we follow after they had met Guru Sahib. Bhai Randhir Singh did not state "that only then once their bani was accepted, were they allowed in sachkhand". I am glad you take back your earlier statement. I don't see anyone stating that the bhagats are not in sachkhand, only that they got their through SatGuru Nanak Dev Ji. yaar, je kise ne goo khaana, khaan deo.

  5. Guys, its my personal observation not all hindus are bad. Most vicious against sikhs are hindu punjabis- arya samaji bhramin types who hate the idea of khalsa which bought all the caste together, extradited the caste system..they hate it and they also hate the idea of how nirmale(scholary knights of khalsa) regardless of caste managed to get all indic vidya (ayurveda/homepathy etc) and spreading them for free without going through them..hehe... hence, they cannot be superior anymore...we need to do isolate/locate hostile cults within hinduism like- arya samajis, rss/bjp and captalize on them instead of going against all hindus - who are not ought to get sikhs, they go along with sikhs just fine. My own personal experience- I work with four hindus- one bengali hindu, tamil hindu, arya samaji (biggest culprit), maharastran hindu..they belong to different orders..bengali hindu (shiv shakat), maharastran hindu, tamil hindu have extreme respect for sikhs, sikhs contributions, against indian gov't attitude towards sikhs and whole punjab human rights..they respect sant jarnail singh bhindranwale as warrior who stood up against curropt indian gov't just like recently swami ram dev showed his support for operation blue star memorial..only person at work i don't go along fine is arya samaji..he is the one always harping about bjp rss akhand hindu crap..i have put him in his place couple of times so has other hindu collegues...so lets try playing smart, first try to see which type of hindus are vicious- isiolate them and then push them to the wall!!!

  7. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh, Sangat Ji, the only reason i am sharing this is because no one know's me in person on here otherwise this is staying Gupt: After watching the NDTV sketch of Bhai Fauja Singh yesterday i was furious and really upset at what we have become. We only have ourselves to blame for the way we are percieved by others. When you see clown 'singhs' such as Daljit and other singers/actors no wonder the indian media/floppywood represents sikhs the way they do !!!!! Anyway i will continue,,, so a few of us went down to the saheedi samagham in Luton where i done ardas to Maharaj wouldnt it be beautiful one day if ALL flights from the UK, Canada and US landing in India were full of Singhs and Singhaniyan in Sikhi Saroop. Wooowww i almost had the image in my head ..!!!!! Wouldn't this just shake up the whole of the biggest hypocarsy in the world INDIA !!! I fell asleep early around 9.30... I know dreams are not real but woow i couldn't believe what i saw. 4 entrances into a massive square (a bit like trafalgar square). from each entrance Singhs and Singhaniyan were flooding in. Each crowd was headed up by chardi kala mahapursh. One crowd with all the prathan Singhs One crowd was headed by Brahamgyani Sant Babe Khalse Bindranwale One crowd with Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji and Baba Nand Singh Ji, One crowd headed by Braham Gyani Maskeen and Bhai Jasbir Singh Khanne Whale Everyone was greating one and another with WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH at the top of their voices !!!!! Woke up at 4 am with a huge smile on my face, maharaj kirpa what a way to start off the day !!!!!!!!! AKAL !!!!!!!! PURE MAHARAJ KIRPA EVEN IF IT WAS A DREAM !!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Brilliant topic, Krishna was a pooran avataar of Vishnu, to undermine him as low would be major paap for us as he was an Avataar sent by the order of Akaal Purkh Vaheguru. Gurus, Bhagats, Sants, Avataars, Bramgiani's etc are all 1, the sooner we realise this the sooner the kirpa happens. Various Gurmukhs have had darshan of these avataars including Krishan maharaj when they reach a certain avastha, I heard a student of Sant Gurbachan Singh used to have partakh darshan of Krishan maharaj when he reached a good avastha, Sant told him it's just the start. Sikhi is about those who become 1 with the truth.

  9. I got a tegha from there in 2005. A good friend got it for me, so cannot tell you about the location. Top quality shastar. After the death of Jathedar Baba Santa Singh ji it was wound up because of the financial crisis within the dal when it split into different camps. I am certain that i read this on SikhSangat, but could not get the details when I did a search. For good shastars at a fair price you should go to Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib at Anandpur. From the jore-ghar as you do down the ramp to the street level turn right into the bazar and one of the first few shops on your right is Singh Shastars. In April I got a pesh qabz made of puratan style watered steel, not acid etched like many of the fakes. It cost me Rs 4000. The shop keeper admits he makes a profit, but told me to compare his material to the nihang singh shastar factory near Gurdwara Shaheed Baba Deep Singh ji in Amritsar who also make good shastars, but charge the earth.

  11. N30, you lack an understanding of the basic meaning of the word 'NAAM' - Naam means noun, i.e. a singular word. An entire peice of bani cannot be a kirtam naam. Anything more than one word is not a kirtam naam. Ik Oankaar is considered an entire bani in itself Mool mantar is not a single word it is a piece of bani, so doing jaap of mool mantar is not doing jaap of a kirtam naam but jaap of a composition. Satnaam is not one word, correct pad chedd 'Sat' and 'naam'. If i did jaap of 'sat' sat sat, then yes that would be jaap of a kirtam naam. If I did jaap of 'naam' naam naam, then yes that would be jaap of a kirtam naam. If I said 'sat naam' 'sat naam', I would be reciting Gurbani. And likewise to all other examples you have given exept for 'Raam'. As for 'Raam', your argument to prove that its both sargun and nirgun gyan is nonsensical. When referring to Vaheguru, Raam is one attribute of Vaheguru, i.e a kirtam naam. Other than that Gurbani has acknowledged that there was a historical figure called Raam, this does not give raam both nirgun and sargun gyan. If my mate's name is Gobind that doesn't suddenly make Gobind a satnam containing nirgun and sargun gyan because someone has that name! Same for sohang. Panj pyare ARE the Satguru!!! Once agin mool mantar is not a kirtam naam simply by virtue of the fact that its not a single noun, as the literal meaning of the phrase 'kirtam naam' is a noun, i.e. a single word, describing an attribute of Vaheguru. What mantars did they give and how were they so great as to know a satnaam mantar (as you beleive)? I have already explained how Raam is not satnaam. You have no proof that Ganika went to sachkhand upon reciting raam raam.

  13. Listen form 0:40 to 0:50 in which Sant Kartar Singh ji states that Gurbani of bhagats was only parvaan after they uttered it in the hazoor of Guru Sahib: According to your logic this would be insulting as well i.e. all the bhagats in Guru Granth Sahib requiring kirpa of Guru Sahib to utter Gurbani. I do not find bhai sahib's or Sant Kartar Singh ji's thought insulting at all. For me Guru Nanak is Satguru and through his kirpa we can reach the highest levels of sprituality. No doubt other dharams can also reach lofty destinations but I have faith in Guru Nanak and dhur ki bani, bania sir bani. Gurbani mentions that Gurbani is "bania sir bani" do you find this insulting also?

  14. Lets take example of Semitic Religion Islam. How can a follower of Islam reach Sackhand? A muslim does not even know about Sachkhand rather they strive their whole lives for Jannah/Heavan/Paradise a place that has many pleasures such as gardens, foods e.t.c. A muslim does not even believe in the basic concepts of Gurmat i.e. reincarnation, karam phiosophy, vaapak Parmeshar e.t.c. A muslim is awaiting the day of resurrection and the coming of the mahdi and the establishment of an Islamic Raaj e.t.c. So please tell me how a muslim can reach Sachkhand when they do not even know or desire sachkhand. They do not believe in birth rebirth cycle and mukhti. The other semitic religions also have simial beliefs day of resurrection, coming of messiah e.t.c. The goals of each religion are different. Rabb Rakhe.

  16. I be brief as this topic has been discussed until cows got home-check past archives of sikhsangat...take whatever you will. It's better to define the terms otherwise one may keep playing with semantics: So Who is Satguru listed in Gurbani? As, Satguru can only give mukhti (rightly so). For a Sikh ( sikh defined ,according to Sri Akaal Takth Maryada) True Guru is Satguru Nanak Dev Nirankar in all tri folds: 1. Satguru Nanak Dev Nirankar in Nirgun Form. 2. Satguru Nanak Dev Nirankar in Shabad Guru Form i.e- gyan of shabad form. 3. Satguru Nanak Dev Nirankar in Sargun saroop (Guru Maharaj divine saroop in any form including with seli topi , Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji physical saroop). For bhagats in sri guru granth sahib ji whose writing are included in Gurbani - (which followed introvert sikhi or mysticism- didn't belong to sharia layer of any dharam including sikh as they came before sargun saroop of satguru nanak and laid foundation of sikh dharam officially) True Guru (Satguru) 1. Vahiguroo Ji Nirgun Form (Sure, We can call it - Satguru Nanak Dev Nirankar, as long people don't start playing with semantics now to claim supremacy) 2. Bhagat's teacher/murshid and their ishatdev - according vaishanav traditions/sufi mystic tradtions etc, just like we have sargun saroop of baba nanak and sri guru granth sahib ji They got Gurmantar from their murshid which they did abhyaas and went through all different types of mukhti in stages while they were alive, and at the end while alive- got kaival mukhti by satguru grace (Vahiguroo ji in nirgun form). Traditonal Gurmat don't beleive in bhagats got gurmat naam (amazing branding name btw you guys should be in marketing) by sargun saroop of satguru nanak retroacively and gave them mukhti as bhagats in sri guru granth sahib ji receiving "gurmat naam" and mukhti via sargun saroop of satguru nanak, is no where to found in any of old works of nirmale, taksal upsamaprda, sevapanthi or rehitnamas literature. This branding/marketting of gurmat naam came recently with protestant thought in Sikhi to shove sikhi in a tunnel. But Maharaj parkash cannot be shoved in a tunnel. All bhagats may have have met sri guru nanak dev nirankar and also may have came back in form of panj pyares or among other bhramgyani mahapursh (although, there is difference of opnion among historians on this) but let just say - they came and met sri guru nanak dev ji nirankar but that does not mean, they came back to get "mukhti" as its shown that they came back to mukhti to claim superamacy of protestant sikhi which protestant sikhs follow- its huge insult to bhagats (found in sri guru granth sahib ji) devotion and dedication towards Vahiguroo - -devotion shown in sargun bhagti -devotion shown via naam simran of whatever naam they got from their teachers and did naam abhyas- surat shabad yog -devotion shown in nirgun bhagti and as result got kaival mukhti. It is also huge insult to "kabirpanthis", "baba farid followers", "ravidassia panthis" , "bhagat namdev followers" and other bhagats (followers). As it arrogantly shows, that all their- bhagats (be it kabir, farid, ravidas, bhagat namdev) mystic devotion (bhagti, naam simran, gyan) towards One Vahiguroo was not successful until sri guru nanak dev nirankar met them in sargun saroop and gave them "gurmat" naam ( again amazing brand name ) and mukhti. Sorry I didn't gave any examples from gurbani as there is already full fledge debate/discussion with gurbani examples, on satguru label in sri guru granth sahib ji- Bijla Singh and I had in the past..take whatever you will!!! Off course, without receiving amrit and naam for a Sikh, there is no mukhti for Sikh. With being said,I find it absoultely insulting and outrageous for anyone to claim that without "Gurmat" (to claim superamcy) naam- Vahiguroo mantar there is no mukhti for non sikh when you see contary in gurbani all bhagats did jaap of whatever mantar they got from their teacher and got mukhti. But this protestant thought of branding of their "Naam", "naam dridh", offering -access to sachkhand like it was some sachkhand express train- in return for non sikh to convert into Sikh "ism" is not that surprising as, protestant mindset discriminate within gurbani against other guru ghars mantars- such as ongkar- bij mantar, satnaam- paraporbla mantar, mala mantra, maha mantar- ik ongkar and call those who did jaap of them (with sharda and prem) as kachai pilae, dhillaie, manmatiya, bhraminvad, devoid of gurmat etc etc. So yeah, its not that black and white guys, protestant thought is quite black and white- they want to make sikhi look like another typical abhramic faith (same old crap pandits and mullahs are debating my salvation is higher than yours blah blah now you have protestant sikhs doing the same) maharaj clearly state- best dharam is which meditates on naam of vahiguroo in sukhmani sahib and that gave peace to fanatic pandits and mullahs of that time, but now our protestant sikhs still not satisfied or in peace, they try to shove sikhi into a tunnel but maharaj parkash cannot be shoved in the tunnel in your "ism"...!!!.

  17. N30 Singh ji, What if someone belivies that Satguru is Guru Nanak Dev ji and that access to Sachkhand is only through kirpa of Guru Nanak Dev ji? Does that make them "protestant". I guess only Samparda school is right and everybody else is wrong? I disagree with Sampradayak school that Sachkhand is avastha, other religions can reach Sackhand, bhagats/avtars can reach Sachkhand wihtout Satguru Nanak, other religions can reach Sachkhand e.t.c. However saying the abova I have huge respect for other Sampardas/Jathebandis and the Gursikhs of these groups. I would never label them as RSS, fanatics, e.t.c. However daas still has the right to question and put forth their own vies on Gurmat. We can disagree but still maintain the pyaar and respect for each other. (No one has attained Vaheguru without Satguru because Vaheguru has placed himself in Satguru). The above pankti is very straightforward withouth Satguru noone can attain Parmeshar. Who is Satguru according to Gurbani? Satguru is none other than Guru Nanak Dev ji. Just read ang 1390 and how it was Guru Nanak Dev ji that was behind the actions of various avtars of the 4 jugs. This is my understanding of Gurmat and many other chardi kala, naam abhiyaasi Gurmukhs such as bhai sahib bhai Randhir Singh ji. Bhai Vir Singh believed that Guru Nanak was above all other avtars and bhagats and wrote a whole book on this subject. Are they any lesser Gursikhs than those from Nirmaley or other Samparda? Should they be labelled "Protestant? Many bhagats and avtars have attained salvation through Guru Nanam, bhagats like bhagat Ramanand ji gained salvation only after getting Naam from Guru Nanak. The above I have gained by reading and studying Gurbani and Gurmat books. Rabb Rakhe

  21. KhalistaniGunMan = Anyone who doesnt accept Sri Dasam granth sahib ji and Sr Sarbloh Granth Sahib Ji in their entirety do not love sri guru gobind singh ji as they reject his divine bani...simple! UK = Have you ever thought that the enemies of the Sikh Panth could have interjected their false agenda into parts of DG and SG and hence why so many Amritdhari GurSikhs do not accept certain elements of DG + SG ... which are in tandem with Hinduism but stand distinctly at odds to Gurmat. KhalistaniGunMan = the panth is already split with deep divisions UK = Where you see disunity, I see Unity (albeit in a lateral sense). The Pro-DG crew have 100% faith in Dashmesh Pithah even going to the extent of accepting writings which clearly contradict Gurmat. But in spite of that, one can see their prem for Dasme PaathShah. All I request you bruv is that you try to see that others have an equal respect for Dasme PaathShah as they can't stomach these indirect slanders of Dhan Dhan Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj. Ie everyone in the Panth is united in their respect for Dasme PaathShah ... so yeah it's a forum and we can debate with pyaar and respect ... but no need for us to lose the plot and suggest a SurajMani type end for Dhunda Sahib simply because he dares to believe that the Birth of the Khalsa Panth at Sri Anandpur Sahib is more relavant to what Sikhi is about than the Dusht Daman, Durga Mata and Charitropakhiyan stories. KhalistaniGunMan = and the panth divides even further with sikhs like you around who reject gurbani of dasmesh pita UK = No Sikh on the planet will reject authentic bani of Dashmesh Pithah. However, Sikhs have rights granted by the 1God to reject that which is patently false and written by anti-Sikh authors in contradiction to Gurmat. Why should Sikhs marginalise Amritdhari jeevan in comparison to your Durga? KhalistaniGunMan = your no better than the heretical missionary naastiks UK = That's what's laughable bro - you brand those that oppose anti-Gurmat writings as heretics ... and those that faithfully believe in Ik Onkar without deviation as "naastiks" ... but somehow the Nihung badboyz getting high on bhang, praising Indira's Phoola pimp and worshipping Durga are "believers"!!! LoL KhalistaniGunMan = theres nothing more sickening than people who reject divine gurbani just because they cant stomach the reference to hindu devas and sakhis UK = Nobody has criticised referencing Hindu Deva's for the metaphorical illustration of a moral but where those stories begin to suggest anti-Gurmat practices then every Guru ka Sikh has the right to challenge such blatant anti-Gurbani nonsense ... particularly when it was interjected by the Mughals and anti-Sikh forces. KhalistaniGunMan = i know exactly what group you belong to by your post UK = I don't belong to no jathebandi bro. I'm just a simple Sikh. Full stop. KhalistaniGunMan = guru Nanak devji exposes suryavanshi lineage? UK = LoL, KGM Paji do you actually seriously believe human beings are descended from the Hindu Devta - the Sun God (Surya) and his Hindu Goddess wives Saranya and Chhaya!? Good luck believing in your Suraj Devta! KhalistaniGunMan = yet sri guru gobind singh ji claims lineage from sri raam chander ji himself in his divine bani UK = So Dhan Dhan Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj who took Amrit from the Punj Piare ... and who emphasised ke "manas ki jaath sabhe ek pech'chaano" ... and dedicated his whole life to overturning tyranny, discrimination, the wretched caste system etc, etc and who the whole Panth knows was the Paragon of Nimrata and Humility ... suddenly out of nowhere decides to (allegedly) broadcast to the whole world that the Hindu's Avatar (or "God in Human Form") Ram Chander is his divine ancestor ... and you're so gullible that you cannot see this is a blatant interjection by pro-caste forces aligned with Aurangzeb in order to malign Sikhi ... study Vasakhi 1699 rather than Dusht Daman or Durga or Charitropakhiyan is all i can say. Just ask your conscience the following questions Paji: Is Dhan Dhan Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj's life between the time of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji's shaheedi and the GurGaddi passing to Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj more important or relavant ... or the alternative Dusht Daman + Charitropakhiyan type narrations? Which historical event is more important to what Sikhi is about fundamentally ... the birth of the Khalsa Panth at Sri Anandpur Sahib ... or the supposed slaying of demons by Dusht Daman in (allegedly) Uttarakhand as well as stories which are fairly common in bookshops?

  24. I am not surprised by this video and not at all outraged. Why I am not outraged - First of all, it just proves Khalsa is in Chardi Kala, if Khalsa is in Chardi Kala, only then we will have "Shariks (Punjabi word)" jealous of our success. This just proves how a Sikh man of 101 yrs running a marathon signifying glory of entire Sikh nation around the globe, has not gone down the chest of "Shariks" very well. Why I am not surprised - I have seen and heard all this earlier, a group of 8-9 Hindu folks (mixture of Jindal/Sharma/Verma etc. in my college mess (in Punjab) laughing during evening meal, how we killed these <banned word filter activated> Sikhs, how we cut their beards, removed their turbans, in Punjabi "Daura duara ke maara tha saalon ko" how we r*ped their women etc. in 1984 and then laughing HAHAHAHA. What is being shown in this video is just a very polished conversation of what happens in their private discussions, in which they laugh over how they murdered our fellow Sikhs and carried out the Sikh genocide. Let's not enter into passing cheap comments over their religion, religious practises etc. It suits them more, remember Bhagat Kabir jee's baani "Nindo Nindo moko log Neendo", and probably Bhagat Fareed Jee's baani "Fareeda bure da bhala kar, Gussa man naan Handa". But now, they are unable to digest the glory of Khalsa nation again ...

  27. One more point - when mobs (like in 84) will come to burn us , they wont ask whether we believe in DG - same goes for police torturing and blind govts (like the french) banning turbans ...... we need to band together under one khalsa panth and teachings of sggs (not merely saroop) - while keeping mind that there will be differences .......that does not mean we jump at each other throats' with our kirpaans ... My personal view is for anyone to make pro or anti Dasam granth point , they should have first studied guru granth sahib cover to cover .... AS of prof dhunda , he assumes title of professor because post high school he studied SGGS for 3 straight years .... I dont know of any education better or higher than that in this world , and now he is professing what he learnt .....and also lets not get too caught up in semantics , that causes us to be not taken seriously and considered nit pickers ... Here are two videos - in the first Dhunda is openly criticizing Badal and his durga wife (and praising bhai havara et al ) , in the second one he is speaking for bhai rajoana ( I have already posted his video about blue star ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQrHRUw7CHM

  28. I can't fully agree with your statement. Without going into the Sikh philosophy side of things, it has now been proven by medical science that repitition is one of the way humans can break free of their current (bad) habits and activate more (higher conscience) areas of the brain. Of course, if you know the literal meanings of a shabad, then it's simply easier to concentrate on it. However, it is a completely false statement to say if one does not know the meanings then it's useless to recite bani. There is also science behind how our tounge moves when we speak. As tounge touches various parts of our mouth, it stimulates various areas of the brain. Gurbani also utilizes this knowledge so that an abilakhi can benefit even if they do not understand the meanings of a shabad. Applying Gurbani's teaching is an extremely daunting task, doing repetition of Gurbani, the application part is automatically realized with Guru Sahib's kirpa.

  29. I think there's a few modern Indians like the author Arundhati Roy who can see the wood from the trees, and have clocked exactly what modern India is about, as well as its sordid past. But they are a minority and have a very small voice amongst the uber-patriotic, rabble-rousers who believe India is perfect in all senses.

  30. Only5 = Can you tell us what Bachittar Natak means? UK = I think the Natak element of the title pretty much gives it away Paji Only5 = Also Satguru Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj mentions history of Bhagat Prahlaad ji Maharaj, Bhagat Namdev ji Maharaj, Krishna, and much more, but like you say the birth of the Khalsa holds more relavance, then why isn't it put in Satguru Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj like the history of Krishna and Sri Chand? UK = Paji, first of all I'm not fit to question what should or shouldn't be included in our one present Guru. However, I would suggest that perhaps the birth of the Khalsa did not need to be mentioned in the Guru Granth Sahib since the Khalsa Panth is active and relavant today, tomorrow and forever. Only5 = Sri Charitropakhyan, how do we understand such complex writing? How to grasp the complex world without falling victim to maya? Sri Charitropakhyan is amazing writing that explains the ways of many people in this world. Every father protects their sons and daughters from the evil of other people in this world. Satguru compiled Sri Charitorpakhyan for his Sikhs to learn before they get caught by this evil of others. Sri Charitropakyan is misunderstood by majority of the Sikhs. The wisdom in Sri Charitropakhyan is not graspped by many Sikhs because of their own lacking. They are over taken by kaam (lust) and can't see past their animal instinct. These Sikhs need to do more bhagti and then try again to read Sri Charitropakhyan. Through these stories Satguru is telling us how to be better Sikhs and how to avoid or get yourself out of circumstances which will be damaging to our jeevan. The world is not a box of chocolates. A person needs to be wise, alert, and trusting at the sametime. Read Sri Charitropakhyan with a clear mind and much wisdom can be gained. UK = That's fine Paji. That's your opinion. I respect the sincerity of your thought relating to why you feel that. In essence, the above answer implies that Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj doesn't already give us the guidance on how we can escape falling victim to Maya and the other vices. I sincerely disagree with you (pyaar naal) and strongly believe that Charitropakhiyan was authored by scribes in the employ of the Mughals and anti-Sikh forces as a way to disparage the fundamental truth evident within Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj and to ridicule and cheapen the supreme greatness of Dhan Dhan Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj. Paji I would merely ask you to look deep within your heart and ask your conscience about the fundamental two questions posed in this thread: Is Dhan Dhan Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj's life between the time of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji's shaheedi and the GurGaddi passing to Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj more important or relavant ... or the alternative Dusht Daman + Charitropakhiyan type narrations? Which historical event is more important to what Sikhi is about fundamentally ... the birth of the Khalsa Panth at Sri Anandpur Sahib ... or the supposed slaying of demons by Dusht Daman in (allegedly) Uttarakhand as well as stories which are fairly common in bookshops?

  31. Once Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji went to a village for a Katha and some people didnt let him do so. After listening to them their views were changed and villagers asked for forgiveness. but sant ji said that its not your fault, there must be something wrong in me and my sikhi jeevan, otherwise why would u try to stop me. Puratan singhs used to be in such Chardikala that every single word which came from their mouth used to leave a mark on people's heart thats why so many sikhs listened to Sant Jarnail Singh. On the other side someone like me always try to argue with others. Some Chardikala Singhs told me in Gurudwara Sahib that try to stay away from arguements. If you will achieve some gyan by Guru Ji's grace ur jeevan itself will speak for you, and it will have more affect on others. like Sant Kartar Singh Ji said that if u re in chardikala then even ur actions like sitting, walking will affect others. But i always see myself landed into arguements. Guru Ji says" Parh Pustak Sandheya Baadung", reading few books, i start believing as if im a Brahmgyani and start argueing with others. So please do ardas for me, that Guru Ji cures this disease of mine. If Ive said anything wrong to anyone, im sorry. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Fateh.
