how 2 tie a dumalla

i got a 7 metre malmal material, and i folded it n tried tying the dumalla .. from the video lol.. and it dusnt seem right. it seems lyk im missing a larr. Can any1 help me with the technique plz? coz i dont fink the material is too short. i herd of peepz tyigin dummalle from only 5 metre cloths..

If thats your first try then you are doing AMAZING job.. It takes practice to have a perfect dumalla or turban. I think 7m is huge but it's normal size of what ppls use in Punjab. I wear peak style from 4m to 5m long turbey..

Also, in peak style turban, malmal is great but i think malmal kapra is really not recommended for Dumala, as dumala kapra needs to be rough ! (malmal means smooth, soft like silky thingy??)

Also, you will hear the word dumalla a lot that is a specific type of pagh/dastaar that offers protection to the head (like Nihangs wear). I have a feeling you're now going to ask what a Nihang is......Am I right?
