balwinderkaur ji, do u tink dat eva sinc u hav took amrit, u hav alwez dun evrytin dat an Amritdhari dus? im not tryin 2 b mean or netin but it juss seems that havin amrit at the age of 12 is very young and that it is very hard not to break it, n i can honestly say that i have not met ne1 yet that can say, "I have took amrit, and i have never broken it in my life". there are loadza people in dis world, and mayb cos of this i havnt rele seen others around me, but i still tink dat at d age of 12 it will be unbelievable for ne1 to do amrit, and keep it for the rest of their lives.

i give major respect to anyone whos taken amrit and hasnt broken it......cuz at the moment mentally i am a bit shabby lol.....i cant do amritvela and even nitnem consistently, n i do eat junk food /from non-sikhs.....n prolly 100s of other little things....thats y ive put a date on when im gnna take it, cuz that way i will "force" myself to start practising and sticking to rehat soon, as opposed to procrastinating :umm:

if anyone wants to take amrit and will go anywhere in the world to get the best panj, bibeksar sahib place is the DON of all places ^_^

Many ppls say "i think im not ready".. many say "my time is not yet for amrit.." many will say "let me enjoy life, i will take amrit when i get settled and have family".. Think think think.. that's what most of us do hehe.. I waz one of em..

Before i took amrit.. which was last month, i never read the whole nitnem in my life.. I didn't even know which gurbani was supposed to be read at what time.. Some friends of mine on this board do know my gurmukhi pronunciation of doing path.. (I can't read properly).. But still I kept all my questions aside and guru ji did kirpa of amrit dey daat on me.. :umm: .. And now I can read the path with the help of the nitnem cd… well just say that after amrit it isn’t that hard lifestyle as I thought before taking amrit.. It's more easy and it keeps you fit organized for sure...

That’s my views..

My amrit sanchar peredar pix.. is located @ http://photos.waheguroo.com/data/media/114...8%20(Small).JPG
