Are New "panthic" Parties A Farce

ok you guys may be aware of a fellow named "sukhi" in the news lately...he is supposedly a fromer militant who is living under another name in punjab...well he said that he worked with the police to take down kharkoo singhs...the poloce head SS Virk also acknowledged that they used "cats" state-sponsored terrorists to work for them and that sukhi was one of them. This is no surprise, but what surprised me is that this "kharkoo" says that he is now a part of Daljit Bittu's party, Shiromani Khalsa Dal, which is supposed to be a panthic, khalistani, party....so are these parties filled with former police cats who helped kill innocent sikh youth while helping the punjab police? I am really starting to think there is something fishy in the air of "panthic" parties in punjab......

In his bid to clarify confusion around him and the Punjab DGP Mr S.S. Virk, former militant Sukhwinder Singh, alias Harjit Singh Kahlon, today revealed that his services were “utilized” by the police and he was declared dead by the Punjab Police in 1992 “in order to ensure his safety”.

Sukhi said that since “misinformation campaign launched by some vested interests” has thrown his personal security in jeopardy and since his image was tarnished by a section of the press, he took up the issue with the Press Council of India so that many “others like him are not put to harassment and mental agony.”

In a statement sent to The Tribune office, Sukhi, who also appeared for an interview with a news channel at his residence here today, also clarified that “Tezpal Singh of village Jallowal had cheated a UK based NRI Mehar Singh of more than Rs. 17 millions and a case was registered against him by the Kapurthala police after a thorough enquiry. The case is still pending in the court.”

The statement signed by Sukhi under his assumed name Harjit Singh Kahlon also questioned media as to whether “a former militant who has joined the national mainstream and has lived life peacefully in the society not have a right to exist? Should vested interests, consisting of a few disgruntled police officers, a few frustrated politicians and a few irresponsible people from the press hound me only because it suits their selfish interest?”

Sukhi, alias Harjit Singh Kahlon, informed that he was first arrested by the Amritsar police in 1987 and was impressed upon by investigating officers to join the national mainstream and was sent to Nabha jail, where he spent nearly three years, during which, he did his graduation from Panjab University in first division.

He was again picked up by the Hoshiarpur police a week after his release in January 1990 and was released only to be picked up again by the Ludhiana police in February1992.

“It was the time when I was tortured and the police planned to kill me, but I escaped.” In 1992, Sukhi claimed, he was “picked by the CRPF at Jalandhar, was goaded to shun violence”.

“Police decided to use my knowledge and understanding of militant activities for their operational strategy. As information given by me produced good result for police and large number of arms, ammunition and explosives recovered, the police declared me dead to ensure my safety,” said the statement purportedly written by Sukhi, who, said his role was that of an ideologue only.

He said he was at present aligned to the Shiromani Khalsa Dal, led by Bhai Daljit Singh Bittu and was working for the Sikh periodical “Sikh Shahadat.”

Sukhi also lamented that SAD leader Sukhbir Singh Badal and All India Anti Terrorist Front chief Maninderjit Singh Bitta were “needlessely” trying to rake a controversy by issuing statements about him.

Officially admitting to the “operational secret” of using militants to counter other militants, the Director-General of Punjab Police, Mr S.S. Virk, today admitted to the existence of Sukhwinder Singh Sukhi, a former militant, who was earlier declared dead in an encounter with the police.

He went on to add that youths like Sukhi, who had been swept away by circumstances during those days, had been rehabilitated with the full knowledge of the various Chief Ministers and also Governors. There were nearly 300 more such former militants, who helped the cops during ‘’war against terrorism’’ in the state, he added.

When pressed by mediapersons, as to how many such militants were actually used as “cats” — a word given to militants who were used against other militants — the DGP said why jeopardise their lives as they had helped the nation in this fight against terrorism. “‘They had to be given a second life under assumed identities, and dozens of such unsung heroes who had helped the police are now living a peaceful life in villages,” Mr Virk said, while justifying the rehabilitation of such former militants at a press conference here. A discreet watch was kept on their activities even now, he added.

Mr Virk said the police would never reveal the identity of other such former militants who had helped the police during the tough phase of terrorism.

The DGP said such militants were won over by the police and then used in counter-insurgency operations. These were tactics used in extraordinary situations and they could not just go by the rule-book in such a scenario. Mr Virk denied reports that Sukhi was a “big-time” terrorist. “He was just on the fringes,” he said.

During interrogation and later meetings Sukhi revealed that he had been forced into terrorism, the DGP added. “I had known him since he was a matriculate and who had gone onto do his graduation while he was jailed for some small-time criminal activity. He provided us with vital information on important people who were running the operations for terrorist organisations.”

Admitting that the police had to cremate a number of unidentified bodies following different encounters with militants, Mr Virk said one such dead body was claimed to be that of Sukhi, who was subsequently declared dead. Sukhi, he said had been living outside Punjab for more than a decade.

The DGP had convened a press conference in the wake of a news report in a section of the media that Sukhi, who was declared dead in an encounter, was residing with his wife in Jalandhar under the assumed name of H.S. Kahlon.

Mr Virk admitted that he now feared threat to the life of Sukhi after the revelations. The DGP had also invited his former boss, Mr K.P.S. Gill, at the press conference. Mr Gill, largely credited with wiping out terrorism in Punjab, said there was no mention of terrorism in our Constitution. Hence, there were no laws to deal with such situations. Punjab, he said, could not have had had a political solution. Armed resistance had assumed alarming proportions. According to him terrorism in Punjab could never be revived.

Earlier, Mr Virk vent his ire on the media blaming it for exposing Sukhi and also throwing caution to the winds in an effort to outdo one another. “I wish I was running a TV channel,” he said, adding, “Some of you may have been in the KG class when we were fighting this battle”.

One should do their part alone, and forget about getting too freindly or start mingling with phalna phalna jatha or org, or phalna phalna panthic group or phalna phelna singh. Don't they all claim to be panthic? At the end of day, these days you see- these people who claim to be panthic, katar panthi hamdardi to the cause, Guru turn out to be biggest prostitues/dalal who sell their dharam to others on daily basis in hunger of money, fame, chauodar.

My brothers lets just all do our naam and practise a chardi kala sikhi life style because our time will come by guru jis kirpa to rise to the occasion and lets do ardas that may we never give in like these people, this is shocking but these things did happen then in the movement and even hapening now, also this happend even in our guru jis times where there were many trators.

More Police Cats are being unearthed....... One could only speculate where else have these "CATS" infilterated into the sikh diaspora..... Maybe some of them are running gurudwara management committes or living as high profile sikh leaders........

‘100 ultras listed as living under assumed names’

The Akal Federation today revealed names of certain hard-core militants were living under assumed names after having been declared ‘dead’ during the Badal government.

Releasing the list, Mr Narain Singh, president Akal Federation who was earlier was arrested for his alleged involvement in the Burail jail-break case claimed that he had proof to corroborate his claim.

He claimed that he had sent an open letter to Then Chief Minister, Parkash Singh Badal from the Security Jail, Jalandhar on March 2, 1997 ( He had got a receipt of the same from the CM’s office), divulging the names of the former militants who were used as ‘police cats’ at that time. After admission by DGP , S.S.Virk that there were at least 300 persons who still were being used as ‘cats’, he should be arrested for indulging in extra-constitutional activities.

He said the UNO would be approached in this case. He alleged that both Mr Badal and his successor, Mr Amrinder Singh were ‘sailing in the same boat’ for using ‘police cats ‘ to eliminate militants.

Mr Kulwant Singh alias Sarpanch of Lohgarh who was shown killed in 1990 worked as ‘police cat’ for Nawan Shahr police.

Jagdev Singh Happy who was arrested and then shown dead in an encounter on October 8 in 1990 was used by the Jalandhar police.

Another militant Jarnail Singh , a resident of Haryana village (Hoshiarpur district) was with a senior police officer of the district posted in Chandigarh.

Sukhdev Singh Rana, who was involved in four murder cases was sent to Russia then made to ‘infiltrate’ into the rank and file of the Babbar Khalsa that led to the arrest of Jagtar Singh Hawara, main accused in the Beant Singh assassination case.

The Akal Federation alleged that Dr Sohan Singh, case head of the Panthic Committee was actually caught from Nepal alongwith other militants. While Dr Sohan Singh was shown arrested from Mohali others were shown arrested from other places.

Mr Narain Singh gave a long list of militants who later were used by the police to fight militancy.

Tricks of Cunning Brahman against Sikhs

After the drop scene of Sukhwinder Singh Sukhi’s issue, it is now pretty much clear that Hindu government has played a lot of dirty tricks against Sikhs in Punjab since 1982. Earlier when Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale led the movement for attaining and securing the rights of Sikhs, more than 200,000 arrests were made. And this series of arresting continued for more than a year. Mrs Indira Gandhi created a third agency named S.I.A to demolish the Dharam Yudh Morcha. First of all she attacked on the unity of Sikhs and dispersed them by decomposing the political cats like Badal, Tohra, Barnala and Longowal and played the game against Sant Jarnail Singh through these political cats. These folks used to keep meeting secretly with Indira Gandhi, Narsihma Rao and Rajiv Gandhi. After dispersing the Sikh organizations, the government’s third agency started working more dynamically. Rajiv Gandhi was controlling the threads of all the game who started killing innocent people using this agency. General elections were approaching nearly. All this game was played to succeed in elections. Thousands of innocent people were killed before attacking Darbar Sahib and Sant Jarnail Singh was alleged for this. She created such a circumstance, to portray Sant Jarnail Singh as responsible for all this. Through that scheme, to arrest Sant Jarnai Singh Ji, she attacked Darbar Sahib and thousands of innocent men, women and children were assassinated. Even now recollecting those memories, one considers that no other government in the entire world would have executed such an enormous state terrorism.

After the Operation Blue Star was over, the Dharam Yudh Morcha started forming Khalistan and the young folks of Punjab armed themselves to kill the Hindus, impeached of Darbar Sahib; not considering it as a transgression. They set their goal to achieve Khalistan and started fighting for it. Then in 1986, the Indian Government proving their cruelties; once again attacked Darbar Sahib. This time the attack was named Operation Black Thunder and martyred hundreds of Sikh youth. It’s the nature of Brahmin to be brutal towards minorities. The anger of Sikh youth kept increasing after this discrimination and they continued arming themselves. Sikh youth followed the noble path of Singh Gurus. Brahman once again using their cunning mind, created their agents like Beant Singh and K.P.S. Gill. These agents snatched thousands of our Sikh brothers. After exposing of Sukhi, DGP Virk has revealed that more than 300 agents were rehabilitated like Sukhi. K.P.S. Gill stated that 1200 agents were rehabilitated. The truth is that they were rehabilitated to be used as police cats. It is now very much obvious that when the Khalistan movement was on its peak, the government killed thousands of innocent people, raped the innocent girls, looted the property of Sikhs through these police cats and disreputed the Khalistani organizations.

International Dashmesh Youth Organization demands that the whereabouts of those 1200 cats (according the K.P.S Gill’s statement) should be revealed. They should be prosecuted. We want to know that, “who were those innocent people who were killed in place of these cats”. IDYO strongly demands that those 1200 agents should be brought on scene and who were used to kill thousands of our Sikh brothers in Punjab. It is extremely acquainted that thousands of sikh youth were knocked down, hundreds of women were raped and undoubtedly there is no single home in Punjab which is not affected by these hundreds of cats. Since 1947, the discrimination with Punjab, Punjabi and Sikhs is continued. There is no single field of life where the Sikh minority is relieved. Snubbing the legal demands of Sikhs, the Sikh mothers were rewarded with the dead bodies of their youth.

Brahman has adopted the planning to genocide the Sikh youth. Undoubtedly, there are lots of upcoming dangers which is difficult to even guesstimate. Now again, the Indian government is using lot of dirty tricks through these cats against Sikh nation. There crafty planning is apparent with these tricks. The camps of anti-Sikh organizations like RSS, Bajran Dal and VHP are being formed rapidly all around the Punjab. To reduce the majority of Sikhs in Punjab, the Biharis are being penetrated in Punjab. Consequently, all these measures are being taken to genocide of Sikhs.

Political leaders in Punjab are constantly stating that all is okay. But Sikh nation must realize that this is a pre-planned scheme of Hindu Brahman and if we do not wake up then we may not have even time to repent. That’s why Bajrang Dal, RSS, VHP and Biharis are being entered in Punjab. I want to address my nation particularly the Sikh Youth, because young people are the real strength for any nation. They are now eyeing the resources of Punjab. They are eyeing our culture, youth, water and our foundations. Issue of Sukhi has not only revealed, it was all clear already that Indian government is using their agents to disrepute the sacred Sikh organizations, but now the Indian Government has admitted before international media that they have been involved in assassinating Sikh youth. Exposing of Sukhi has proved that, they themselves has been responsible for the genocide of Sikhs. Sikh Youth! We have to safeguard ourselves from the dirty tricks of Hindu Brahman and at the same time we have to evade the rebellions living with us like Sukhi. We have to evade those rebellions also who have sold every noble things belonging to their nation just for few pennies. Entire nation will have to wake up.

They may not be any part of Punjab, where Brahman government is not engaged. Political cats like Badal may not be counted at the moment. The way police cats were penetrated into Khalistani militant organizations, just like that the Political cats have been and are being infiltrated into Sikhi political parties. The task of these political cars is to disintegrate the political parties. So we have to safeguard from every trick of Brahman.

People like Rulda Singh, who love their nation and are working to promote Sikh youth by delivering speeches in different countries, are being Voracitized. This issue of Sukhi has showed that how a rebellion is resided in a grand palace, and brought to media with such a magnificence. In a book “Open Secrets” the write Maloy Karishna Dhar (Ex. Director of IB) has revealed that how a rebellion is rewarded. All disputes among Sikh nation, whether inside or outside the country, are created by Brahmans. It is now time to think upon the techniques to safeguard ourselves from their tricks.
