Our Kesh

I used to lose a lot of hair.

Before I started using a kanga, I used to comb my kesh with a brush. I found the brush used to pull a lot of hair out. Also I used to handle my kesh very roughly, and would comb very fast and hard. It's only when my wife pointed it out did I realise the damage I was causing.

Maybe try a softer approach when combing your kesh. That's helped my Kesh.

well it matters and it doesnt..

a lot of people say dastar provides a needed cranial adjustment for doing bhagti etc..

joora is done over dasam duar for a specific reason..

the best bhagti is done at amritvela..

so i think the best option would be to have it tied up wet while doing naam simran (not dripping wet, towel dry first) and then take it down to dry along with ur keski while doing nitnem..
